According to the latest Kuyun Entertainment data for Week 43 of 2025, the Zhao Lusi and William Chan-led urban romance continues to attract huge attention — a clear sign that audiences simply can’t move on yet.

Since its premiere, Love’s Ambition has dominated the daily charts a staggering 19 times, maintaining an average of over 60 million views per episode — an impressive figure even among top-tier urban romances.
Silent Honor and Yi Yi Xiang Bei Feng Close Behind
Following closely behind is Silent Honor, the psychological crime drama starring Yu Hewei and Wu Yue, which managed 232 million views despite having already ended.
Its gripping storyline and mature performances continue to spark discussion online, with the total cumulative view count now exceeding 1 billion.
In third place sits Yi Yi Xiang Bei Feng, featuring Jiang Renzi and Lu Nuo, with 231 million weekly views.
It’s also been pulling in consistently high national TV ratings during prime-time, securing its place as one of the strongest broadcast dramas this season.

While urban dramas are leading the streaming charts, costume and fantasy dramas still dominate the character popularity rankings.
Cheng Yi topped this week’s list for his performance as Wang Quan Fugui in the newly released Sword and Beloved, scoring a heat index of 17,577.
Right behind him is Gong Jun with 17,507 points for his role as Su Muyu in Blood River, followed by Hou Minghao with 16,520 points for his turn as Ji Bozai in Love in the Clouds.
This overwhelming presence of historical characters once again highlights China’s enduring love affair with fantasy and period storytelling, even as modern series like Love’s Ambition lead in total views.
