Hinatazaka fans – mark your calendars! Hinatazaka46 are back and better than ever with their 14th single “Love yourself!”, officially dropping on 21 May 2025.
And yep, we’ve just got the full tracklist and juicy details – and it’s stacked.
This one’s a bit of a milestone – their first single without any 1st Gen members.
Feels weird, right? But also kind of exciting.
The torch has well and truly been passed, and honestly? The new lineups are giving serious main character energy.

Here’s What You’re Getting:
Title Track: “Love yourself!”
Performed by the Senbatsu – 20 members selected from the 2nd to 4th Gen, continuing the system introduced in “Kimi wa Honeydew” last year.
It’s all about self-love, vibrant vibes, and balloon-filled joy – classic Hinatazaka style.
Coupling Tracks:

“German Iris” – A 5th Gen-only track. Yes, our newest girls are in the game! This is their proper entry into the single lineups, and they’ll be featured in the CD’s photo cards, booklet, and even available in Online Meet & Greets. Big step up!

“You are forever” – A heartfelt group number, packed with emotion and probably some tear-jerker choreography.
