| Jessy and Vittorio From 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way — Everything We Know About the Couple. |
Jessy Peralta and Vittorio Palchetti have taken a rather complicated route from a chance meeting at a designer event to building a life together in Italy. The pair are among the seven couples featured in 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Season 8, with Jessy leaving the Bronx, New York, for Florence after their relationship developed across two countries.
What began with a date at an Italian restaurant and a string of holidays eventually became a serious long-distance relationship, followed by Jessy making the much bigger decision to relocate. Naturally, moving countries for love comes with a few more complications than choosing where to have dinner, and the couple soon found themselves dealing with family concerns, cultural differences, unanswered questions and doubts about their future.
Jessy and Vittorio first crossed paths while working at a designer event. Their initial meeting might have looked fairly ordinary, but Vittorio eventually asked Jessy out before the event had wrapped up. Their first date at an Italian restaurant went well, with Jessy feeling that he treated her differently from the men she had previously dated in New York. About a week later, they travelled together, giving the new relationship plenty of room to develop before either of them had to worry about the less glamorous realities of everyday life.
The couple continued taking trips together before settling into a year-long long-distance relationship. Video calls became part of their routine, helping them maintain the connection while living on opposite sides of the Atlantic. Eventually, Vittorio asked Jessy to move to Italy, and she decided to take the plunge. It was a significant change, particularly because she hoped the move would also help her leave behind some of the patterns she associated with her previous relationships.
The romantic plan, however, did not arrive with an instruction manual. Once Jessy was in Italy, questions began to surface about whether Vittorio was really the person she thought she knew. The couple were also dealing with the unusual complication of not yet having been physically intimate, while Vittorio's family had their own reservations about the relationship. Then came the revelation of a secret Vittorio had kept from Jessy, giving an already complicated situation another reason to become tense.
Despite those problems, Jessy and Vittorio did not simply walk away. Their story instead became one of trying to understand each other's expectations while figuring out whether their relationship could work in a completely different environment. That is arguably where their 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way storyline becomes more interesting: moving to Italy solved the distance problem, but it certainly did not solve everything else.
Jessy has built a career that stretches well beyond reality television. She became Miss Eco USA in 2022 and later finished among the top three contestants at Miss Eco International that year. Her professional work has since moved further into fashion, luxury and marketing, including her role as Marketing Director at Vittorio Smoot in Italy.
Her responsibilities there cover areas including IT, operations and marketing for luxury brands, meaning her connection to Vittorio's business is not simply a romantic one. She has also been associated with the Latinas Graduate Initiative and the Everyday Counts Foundation, while developing a social media presence of her own with more than 20,900 Instagram followers at the time of the supplied information.
In September 2026, Jessy and Vittorio spoke about their reality television experience during an interview involving the Everyday Counts Foundation and Ladies & Gaydies. Around the same period, Jessy revealed that she was working towards a Mat Pilates certification in Italy, adding yet another project to an already busy schedule.
Jessy has also remained connected to her Dominican Republic heritage and has a distinctly active lifestyle. She runs half marathons, plays tennis and attends professional tennis matches, while her move to Italy has given her plenty of opportunities to explore the country. Milan and Rome have featured in her travels, adding a fairly enviable travel diary to everything else she has going on.
Vittorio, meanwhile, has spent much of his professional life around luxury fashion. He began his career with an internship at GE Oil & Gas in January 2013 before moving through roles connected to major names including Valentino, Gucci and Dior. His experience eventually led him towards entrepreneurship, and in May 2022 he founded Vittorio Smoot, where he serves as Creative Director.
The business focuses on areas including denim, vintage pieces and tailoring. Vittorio also worked as a manager at Sunspel between September and December 2025 before joining Hermès in January 2026. He left Hermès in June that year, after which his professional focus continued to include his own venture and tennis.
Away from fashion, Vittorio works as a tennis coach at Vittorio Smoot Tennis. His connection with The American University of Rome has also continued long after his graduation, with him returning to the university in September 2026 as a lecturer as part of its Fall Semester Alumni Lecture Series.
His interests outside work are rather less tailored. Vittorio enjoys being outdoors, spending time around beaches and swimming in the sea. He is also fond of motorcycles, so his version of downtime appears to involve considerably more movement than simply putting his phone on silent and disappearing into the sofa.
Jessy and Vittorio's relationship has also included plenty of travel. In January 2025, before their long-distance period became the defining part of their relationship, they enjoyed a trip to the Bahamas, where they went on boat rides, walked along the beach and shared dinners overlooking the sea. It was the sort of romantic getaway that sounds almost suspiciously well organised for a couple who would later have to navigate the chaos of reality television.
Their travels continued after Jessy moved to Italy. In April 2026, they were seen together at Stadio Olimpico in Rome, supporting their favourite football team. By July, Jessy had also shared photographs connected with Vittorio, providing another indication that they were still spending time together.
The couple were also together during a long drive in June 2026, while Jessy continued to show an interest in helping Vittorio develop his business. Their public interactions have generally suggested that the relationship remains important to both of them, although neither has offered a detailed public account of exactly where they stand now.
That leaves their current relationship status slightly frustratingly short of a neat television-style answer. The available clues point towards Jessy and Vittorio remaining connected, but they have kept much of their private life away from public view. Considering how much of their relationship has already involved distance, family concerns, career changes and a move across continents, perhaps keeping a few things to themselves is not the worst strategy.
My take is that their story feels more believable precisely because it has not been wrapped in a perfect little bow. Jessy moving to Italy was a huge commitment, while Vittorio has clearly had plenty happening professionally at the same time. They have also managed to keep travelling, working together and appearing in each other's lives without turning every moment into a public announcement.
That feels refreshingly sensible for a reality TV couple. Of course, viewers will still want answers, because apparently seeing two people smile in a few photographs is never enough. Do you think Jessy and Vittorio are still together, and would you like to see more of their relationship on 90 Day Fiancé?
