Thai actor Khaotung Thanawat Ratanakitpaisan has once again sparked buzz among drama lovers, but this time it is not just about his acting performance. While promoting his latest project Cat for Cash, the rising GMMTV star found himself facing the question fans always seem curious about — his relationship status. Known for his gentle charm and emotional acting range, Khaotung gave a refreshingly honest and grounded answer that quickly caught attention across fan communities.
Despite being one of the most talked-about young actors in Thailand’s drama scene, Khaotung revealed that romance is currently not part of his main focus. The 1998-born star shared that his packed schedule and growing career commitments have left little space for dating, showing a surprisingly mature and thoughtful perspective towards relationships.
Khaotung Thanawat, originally from Lamphun province, is signed under GMMTV and has steadily built his name through consistent performances and strong fan support. Before entering the entertainment industry, he studied Medical Technology at Chiang Mai University, where he gained attention after being crowned his faculty’s moon in 2017.
He later continued his academic journey in Environmental Engineering at Kasetsart University and even reached finalist level in the university’s 2018 Freshy Boy and Girl contest.
His acting career officially began in 2018 through the series ’Cause You’re My Boy, but he gained wider popularity after landing his first leading role in the 2020 drama Tonhon Chonlatee.
Outside of acting, Khaotung has also explored business ventures, launching his fashion brand A*FLEUR, which features clothing and bag collections that reflect his personal style and creative interests.

He laughed while saying that he is not dating anyone at the moment. According to him, the main reason is simply his workload and the demanding nature of his acting projects.
He explained that maintaining a healthy relationship requires time and emotional presence, something he feels he cannot fully provide right now.
Even simple communication could become challenging due to his busy routine, making him hesitant to start a relationship that might not receive proper attention.
However, Khaotung did not completely close the door to love. He shared that he believes relationships should happen naturally and at the right time. For him, romance is something that should develop organically rather than being forced into his current life stage.

Speculation grew after they were reportedly seen entering the same apartment building on consecutive nights, though neither party publicly confirmed or denied the rumours.
Earlier in 2024, Khaotung was also linked to actress Lookjun Bhasidi Petchsutee. Fans began speculating about a possible relationship after noticing their strong on-screen chemistry and similarities in social media posts, including matching outfits and shared locations. However, Khaotung later denied those rumours, clarifying that they were simply close colleagues.
Another moment that sparked widespread online discussion happened in 2023, when videos circulated showing Khaotung helping an intoxicated woman, believed to be a non-celebrity social media influencer from Japan, into a car before leaving together.
