What started as a sweet birthday moment has now turned into one of Thailand’s most talked-about relationship stories online. A 24-year-old woman known as Fah has gone viral after sharing her real-life romance with twin brothers, a relationship she says is built on consent, trust, and surprisingly strong family support.
Fah, who lives in Nakhon Phanom, first caught public attention after posting a TikTok video on 13 January showing the twin brothers surprising her with two birthday cakes before each giving her a gentle kiss on the cheek. The clip quickly exploded, pulling in over 11 million views and sparking intense curiosity across social media.
At first, many viewers assumed the video was staged for attention. Fah later cleared the air in an interview with Thai daily Khaosod, confirming that the relationship is genuine and ongoing.
According to her, the three of them are openly dating and have been together for some time.
The twin brothers, who are a year younger than Fah, work in agricultural machinery services.
Fah explained that despite their unusual situation, jealousy has never been an issue. She described both men as shy and camera-averse, saying they only appear online because she wanted to share her story honestly.
Their relationship began unexpectedly. Fah shared that she had been single for almost a year and wasn’t actively looking for love when the twins approached her together.
What started as a casual friendship slowly deepened into a committed relationship, with all three agreeing on clear boundaries and mutual respect from the beginning.

Looking ahead, the trio have already discussed long-term plans, including the possibility of starting a family.
Fah said that if she becomes pregnant, a DNA test would be done so the biological father’s name can be correctly listed on official documents. Even so, she hopes her future child will call both men “dad”, reflecting how the family would function day to day.
Fah currently works at a restaurant, helping with both customer service and kitchen duties, earning over 10,000 baht a month.
She and the twins previously lived together in a dormitory near her workplace while she was completing her studies. Importantly, Fah stressed that both her family and the twins’ families are fully aware of the relationship and have chosen to support it.

Online reactions, however, remain sharply divided.
Some netizens praised the trio for being open and honest. Supportive comments highlighted personal freedom, with many saying that as long as everyone involved is happy and treated fairly, outsiders have no right to judge. Others pointed out that Fah’s ability to tell the twins apart shows genuine emotional closeness rather than surface-level attention.
On the other side, critics questioned whether equal care and balance are truly possible in such a relationship. A number of commenters expressed concern about long-term emotional challenges, while others dismissed the arrangement outright as unrealistic.
Despite the mixed feedback, Fah remains unfazed. She has repeatedly said that the relationship is her personal choice and that online criticism does not affect her daily life or happiness.
