Xu Yiyang’s management has stepped forward to squash the latest wave of online gossip claiming that her wedding ceremony with Huang Zitao was selling “entry tickets” to fans.

On 14 October, her studio released an official statement making it clear — the rumour is completely false.

According to the statement, there are no tickets, no guest list leaks, and absolutely no public sales related to the couple’s upcoming wedding.

The team urged fans to stay alert and avoid being tricked by people pretending to sell exclusive passes or VIP invites to the event.

They stressed that any such listings are entirely fabricated and could lead to financial loss.

The studio clarified that the wedding will be a small private affair, attended only by close family members and a few trusted friends.

No media invitations have been sent out, and the couple won’t be opening the ceremony to the public.

The confusion began after resale platforms in China started listing so-called “wedding passes” for Huang Zitao’s event — with prices ranging wildly from a few dozen yuan to over 10,000.

These listings claimed buyers could enter the wedding venue, take photos with celebrities, or even meet big-name guests like Zhang Yixing (Lay), LuHan, and Wang Junkai.

However, none of these names have been confirmed, and fans quickly called out the posts as likely scams.

When reporters reached out to one seller, they claimed that a ¥500 deposit could “secure access” through special internal channels — a classic red flag already warned about by local cyber police.

Xu Yiyang recently addressed the wedding topic during a livestream, confirming that the couple plans to broadcast part of the day online so fans can still celebrate with them virtually.

She mentioned there would be small gifts and raffles for viewers but repeated that no fans would attend in person.

Xu Yiyang and Huang Zitao Deny Wedding Ticket Sale Rumours

The pair officially registered their marriage on 2 December 2024, and Huang Zitao previously said on a TV show that they plan to hold the wedding ceremony this October.

While fans are understandably excited, the couple have kept things grounded — focusing on family over spectacle.

Both Xu Yiyang’s studio and multiple regional cyber police departments are reminding the public that any claims of having “special channels” or “insider access” to celebrity weddings are almost always scams.

So, if you see someone offering a ticket to Huang Zitao’s big day — best to scroll right past.
