What Really Happened to Luhan’s Malaysia and Japan Tour Dates? |
Fans in Malaysia and Japan will have to wait a bit longer to see Lu Han live.
The singer and former EXO member has officially cancelled two stops on his 2025 Season 4 Asia Tour due to health issues, following medical recommendations to rest.
The announcement was first made by Idea Entertainment Asia, and later reposted by Book My Show, confirming that the 11 October show in Kuala Lumpur and the 16 October performance in Yokohama have both been called off.

The organisers stated that the decision came after doctors strongly advised LuHan to prioritise his recovery.
“We apologise for this and sincerely thank all fans for their understanding and support,” the notice read.
“Fans who have already purchased tickets will be contacted by phone or email through the official ticketing company to assist with a full refund. Please be patient, as the process may take up to 30 working days.”

On 6 October, Luhan Studio released an official statement addressing fans’ disappointment and explaining that the singer’s health must come first.
“We sincerely apologise for bringing everyone such disappointing news. We deeply value and appreciate every fan’s preparation and effort for this tour,” the statement read.
“At this moment, what we value most is everyone’s long-term health. We hope that all those who care about Mr Luhan will also take good care of themselves. Once everything is well again, we will meet soon.”

The cancellation affects two major tour stops that were expected to draw thousands of fans, marking a temporary pause in what has been one of Luhan’s most highly anticipated concert runs in recent years.
While many fans expressed sadness online about the sudden cancellations, most have flooded social media with well-wishes and encouragement for Luhan to rest and recover properly.
Hashtags like #GetWellSoonLuhan and #LuhanTakeCare trended shortly after the announcement, with fans sharing photos and messages of support from across Asia.
Although there’s no word yet on when the postponed shows might be rescheduled, fans remain hopeful that once Luhan is back in good health, he’ll return to the stage stronger than ever.
