Thailand’s BL drama wave is about to level up—big time. Renowned producer A Suppachai has gone all in on his latest project, The Cursed Love, splashing out more than 20 million baht (USD 617k) to bring the fantasy romance to life.
The Passionate Figure Behind the Funding of The Cursed Love Drama
Not only is he funding it, but he’s also the mastermind behind the original story concept, inspired by his own hometown Nakhon Si Thammarat, once known as the mighty Tambralinga Kingdom over 2,000 years ago.
Unlike your usual rom-com, The Cursed Love dives headfirst into a mash-up of history, myth, and fantasy.
The plot follows a perilous quest to uncover a lost cursed city, weaving in themes of love, betrayal, and vengeance that stretch across centuries.
The ten-part series promises a mix of action-packed adventure, supernatural powers, and a romance strong enough to challenge fate itself.

What’s The Story?
At the heart of the tale is Siwat (played by Ongsa), a young model and billionaire who hides a dangerous secret: uncontrollable fire powers tied to his heartbeat.

These powers have already taken lives—including someone he loved—so Siwat sets off to find the only cure: the legendary Heart of Divine Magic, hidden in the vanished city of Tambralinga.
Standing in his way is Khunkhao (Au Kittipon), a mountain rescuer with wind-controlling abilities and a mission to keep Tambralinga buried forever.
Their clash spirals into an epic battle of powers, curses, and destiny, but also sparks an unexpected connection that could rewrite both past and present.
