TVB sweetheart Fabienne Kwan (關楓馨) has always had eyes on her – not just for her acting chops or picture-perfect visuals, but for her whirlwind love life too. And now, it looks like there might be a new (or possibly recycled) flame in the picture.
The 28-year-old actress, daughter of veteran star Eddie Kwan (關禮傑), was recently spotted out and about with none other than Hugo Chui (徐灝晴), a former Hong Kong rugby team player. Eyewitnesses say the two looked proper comfortable with each other – matching energy, matching vibes, and yes… matching outfits. Again.

Fabienne Kwan, who’s slowly but surely been rising through the TVB ranks, has had her fair share of relationship headlines in the past. She went public early in her career with her long-distance boyfriend Kris, but that romance fizzled out – no scandal, just different time zones and a busy schedule.
Things took a more dramatic turn in 2022 when she was linked to a tattooed lad named Tommy. That fling quickly went south after netizens dug up all sorts of dirt on him – from dodgy money habits to dodgier relationship drama. It ended faster than you can say "red flag".
Since then, Fabienne Kwan’s kept things a bit more private – until late last year, when eagle-eyed fans spotted her and Hugo hanging out.

Despite Fabienne denying any romance at the time, they were seen watching rugby matches together, taking cutesy selfies while leaning on each other, and even twinning in casual couple fits. Not suspicious at all, eh?
To complicate things further, she was also rumoured to be getting cosy with fellow artiste Archie Sin (冼靖峰). Sources say he was seen taking her out to dinner and giving her low-key singing lessons – some even joked that it was part vocal coach, part soft launch.
But now, all signs are pointing back to Hugo.

Earlier this week, Fabienne Kwan was seen dashing off in her car straight after an event – destination? Hugo.
The pair met just as the sun was going down, and apparently enjoyed a laid-back sunset hangout with some cheeky flirting and smokes in between. The whole thing only lasted about 15 minutes, but that’s all the paparazzi needed to get people talking.

What really got fans buzzing though? After their brief rendezvous, Fabienne Kwan drove Hugo Chui straight to her family home. Given that Fabienne previously said she'd introduce someone to her mum if they were “the one”, it’s got fans wondering – is Hugo officially in the running?

Neither Fabienne nor Hugo has commented on the latest sighting, but judging by the looks, the vibes, and that drive back to mum’s – we wouldn’t be surprised if these two were quietly dating all along.
