"Brothers, long time no see." That’s what Peng Chuyue wrote when he dropped a group photo that had fans doing double takes online—because yes, it featured several members of X NINE, reunited for a very special occasion: Zhao Lei and Qko’s wedding in Bali on 15 May 2025.
The ceremony wasn’t just a dreamy island escape—it became a mini X NINE reunion party, with Wu Jiacheng, Guo Zifan, and Yan Xujia all spotted in the now-viral photo.
Qko, the bride herself, was also in the shot, which triggered a wave of excitement and controversy.
Some eagle-eyed fans noted one notable absence: Xia Zhiguang. But don’t count him out—he was rumoured to be part of the wedding too, possibly even as a groomsman.
In fact, earlier airport sightings of He Luoluo and Xia together had already hinted they were jetting off to Bali for something special.
And speaking of special—this was Zhao Lei’s second public debut of sorts. He shocked fans earlier this year when he announced his marriage to Qko on Valentine’s Day.
That post alone stirred up plenty of conversation, but the actual ceremony? That sent the rumour mill spinning again.

For those who’ve followed Zhao Lei for years, Qko is a familiar (and divisive) name. Once a wildly popular internet celeb, she was also rumoured to be a long-time fan of Zhao Lei.
At one point, she was accused of acting like a “sisheng”—an obsessive fan—after allegedly flying on the same flight as him just to meet him.
Fast forward to now: they’ve been together for years and just tied the knot. But that doesn’t mean all fans have come around.
Some were especially irritated with Peng Chuyue’s post for including Qko in the group shot—suggesting they’d rather pretend she’s still not “official”.
Zhao Lei, for his part, has never addressed the sisheng rumours, choosing to keep quiet and let the relationship speak for itself.

The wedding, despite the drama, was a soft moment for fans of the group—especially those still holding out hope for an X NINE reunion, or even an R1SE throwback, since some members debuted again under that name after X NINE.
The big question: Where’s Xiao Zhan? Naturally, fans couldn’t help but speculate—if only he turned up, this would’ve been a legendary reunion. No confirmed sightings of him at the wedding yet, but hey, we can dream.
