According to a recent announcement, the company has a total tax debt of over 23 million yuan, with an additional 970,000 yuan outstanding just recently. 

The outstanding taxes are for city maintenance and construction fees as well as VAT.

The company, founded in 2011, operates in a variety of sectors, including food, alcohol, construction, and online sales. 

It's also involved in business consulting and graphic design. 

Despite its wide range of activities, the company is now struggling financially. 

Yuan Bayuan, who originally founded the company, still holds nearly 21% of the shares, making him the ultimate beneficiary.
