He Shih-Hua, once known as “Little Kid” and a former member of the Atom Boyz champion group Uranus, has resurfaced online after nearly three years of silence, sparking widespread discussion among netizens and fans.
Back in September 2022, He was accused by a teenage social media personality of inappropriate behaviour while under the influence of alcohol.
The case was later handled by the New Taipei District Prosecutors Office, and in 2023, he was officially charged with engaging in non-consensual acts involving a minor.
Following legal proceedings, He was convicted under the charge of forcible indecency and was sentenced to six months in prison, which could be commuted by paying a fine.
After that, his public presence disappeared. His Instagram remained inactive from late 2022—until now.
On 10 April, which coincides with his birthday, He unexpectedly updated his Instagram with a short audio clip of himself singing.
The post included the hashtag “#myrule” and featured only his voice, not his appearance.

He Shih-Hua Breaks Silence After Legal Controversy, Sparks Speculation of Entertainment Comeback |
The post quickly drew attention.
Friends and former colleagues responded, including Li Bing-Yu from AcQUA Yuan Boyz, who commented playfully, “dropping this on your birthday,” while ex-bandmate Gao Xu-Wei left a fire emoji and Cai Cheng-You added hearts and sunflowers.
Fans also flocked to the comments, sharing messages such as “Happy Birthday!”, “You're finally back!”, “Is this real?”, and “Great to see you again!”
However, the reaction hasn’t been entirely positive. Some users pointed out the past legal case, posting screenshots of the court documents.
Many questioned whether someone with such a background should return to the entertainment industry.
Criticism included comments like, “Is it okay for anyone to return regardless of their past?” and “Shouldn’t values and character matter too?”
These concerns reflect a deeper conversation in society about accountability and second chances.
Adding to the buzz, music producer Wang Tai-Xiang reposted He’s clip to his Instagram story, writing, “The missing person found his password.”
At this stage, there’s no official confirmation of a full return to showbiz.
But the post has reignited conversation—both supportive and critical—about whether and how artists with past controversies should engage with the public again.
Only time will tell if this post marks a new beginning for He Shih-Hua, or if it was simply a birthday message to reconnect with fans.
