After seven years of dating, one unforgettable proposal, and a romantic song named in her honour, Hong Kong singer Tyson Yoshi has finally married his long-time girlfriend Christy – and it’s just as sweet and stylish as fans hoped for!

The 30-year-old star, known for his bold fashion and slick music, looked surprisingly classic in a crisp white suit as he and Christy proudly showed off their marriage certificates on 19 June. 

Despite his agent cheekily revealing that Tyson overslept before the big day, the man himself looked anything but groggy – cool, calm, and definitely groom-ready.

In true Tyson Yoshi fashion, the wedding wasn’t just a quiet affair. This moment’s been years in the making – quite literally.

Back in 2018, he penned the love song Christy, making it clear who held his heart. And after proposing in June 2024 with a whopping 1.8 carat diamond ring (reportedly worth HK$460,000!), the couple sealed the deal earlier this year with a traditional guo da li betrothal ceremony in April.

Now officially known as “The Cheng couple” – referencing Tyson’s real name Cheng Tsun-yin – the pair made the announcement with a touch of flair. 

Tyson Yoshi shared, “The Cheng couple has signed the latest executive order,” turning government paperwork into a stylish flex.

And the party’s not stopping there. Reports say the newlyweds are gearing up for a luxe wedding reception in Europe, with the budget rumoured to hit HK$2 million (around US$256K).
