Smart Chisanupong Now Exclusively Managed by Grand Ivory Records Following Agency Collaboration Split

Smart Chisanupong to Be Represented Solely by Grand Ivory Records
Grand Ivory Records Ends Co-Management Agreement, Will Solely Represent Actor Smart Chisanupong

Grand Ivory Records has officially announced the conclusion of its collaborative management arrangement with Image Future (Headliner TH), confirming that it will now serve as the sole agency managing Thai actor Smart Chisanupong.

Smart Chisanupong, known for his rising presence in the Boys’ Love (BL) drama genre, has recently gained widespread public attention alongside fellow actor Boom Raweewit. The duo captured audiences as the lead characters Jin and Akin in the 2024 series Top Form.  Prior to this, Smart starred in Don’t Say No (2021), while Boom appeared in Chains of Heart (2023), both contributing to their steady growth in the Thai entertainment scene.

During the production and promotional run of Top Form, both actors were under separate management—Smart with Grand Ivory Records and Boom with Image Future (Headliner TH). To streamline joint activities and media engagements for the series, the two agencies entered a temporary collaboration to co-manage the talents.

However, in an official statement released on Monday, May 12, via Grand Ivory Records’ social media platforms, the company declared the end of the collaborative arrangement.

“Grand Ivory Records would like to inform that the company has officially concluded its collaboration with Image Future (Headliner TH). From now on, Grand Ivory Records will be the sole manager of Smart Chisanupong,” the statement read.

The announcement was followed by an expression of gratitude to both Image Future and fans for their unwavering support of Smart’s career thus far.

“We deeply appreciate the support and cooperation of Image Future (Headliner TH), as well as the fans who have always stood by Smart and his projects. We hope there will be opportunities for future collaborations,” the agency added.

The news sparked considerable discussion online, particularly as Image Future has yet to release its own statement addressing the matter.

Fans were quick to express concern over the future of the “SmartBoom” partnership—referring to the beloved on-screen pairing of Smart and Boom. To clarify the situation, Grand Ivory Records responded in the comment section of its original post, stating:

“This announcement concerns only the co-management of Smart with Grand Ivory Records, not Image Future (Headliner TH). The ‘SmartBoom’ partnership remains intact, so there is no need to worry.”

As of this publication, Image Future (Headliner TH) has not issued an official response.

While agency arrangements may have changed, fans remain hopeful that the SmartBoom collaboration—on and off screen—will continue to flourish.
