In its statement, the studio stressed that Chen Duling’s safety has always been the top priority at any public appearance.
They noted that, despite cooperating with multiple teams to improve on-site security, recent extreme behaviour from certain fans has made it difficult for both the actress and fellow travellers to move safely in public spaces.
The studio highlighted several behaviours that have become increasingly problematic, including trailing her car, trying to track her flight schedules, blocking her path in transport hubs, and attempting to snap photos at extremely close range.

These actions, they said, pose genuine safety issues and disrupt public order.
They made it clear that the team rejects actions such as surrounding artists at airports or stations, pushing through crowds, obstructing walkways, or taking intrusive close-up photos.
They also firmly opposed following cars, following flights, waiting at hotels, or spreading private information such as hotel locations or vehicle numbers.
Closing their statement, the studio called on fans to support Chen Duling respectfully and sensibly, hoping that future encounters can remain safe, orderly, and enjoyable for everyone involved.
