Hong Kong action cinema legend Sammo Hung has officially joined Douyin — and let’s just say, the 73-year-old is putting the rest of us to shame with his social media game.
Yes, you read that right. The big boss of kung fu cinema is now on Chinese TikTok, and he’s already racked up over 730,000 followers in just three days.
While most of us are still stuck editing half-baked drafts for our stories and Reels, Sammo’s first post is a polished mash-up of his old film scenes, layered with a motivational message that hits hard:
“Losing isn't scary. Being afraid of losing is. Losing is only temporary – but taking risks? That should be your lifelong attitude.”
