| More Than Idol: ZENSE MORE’s Big Move to Find the Next GL It-Girl |
Thailand’s Girls’ Love scene just got a little louder — and ZENSE MORE’s right at the centre of the buzz. The production company behind the breakout hit Mate The Series is officially on the hunt for fresh faces to lead their next wave of GL projects, and they’re doing it big with their latest audition campaign, "More Than Idol."
Held in true reality-show fashion, the auditions weren’t just a talent search — they were a whole vibe. Young actresses from across the country pulled up hoping to snag a shot at becoming the next big thing in GL.

With the genre picking up mad traction in Thailand and beyond, production houses are low-key competing hard to lock in the best talent early. And ZENSE MORE? They’re not trying to be left behind.
Front and centre at the auditions were two GL faves who know the game inside out: Grace Budsarin and Oaey Ponchanok — yes, that Grace and that Oaey.

They stepped in as judges for the day, offering both sharp critiques and major encouragement to the girls giving it their all. Grace, who’s got serious experience in both acting and dancing, kept it real during the evaluation, while Oaey added her usual spark of energy and insight from her own fan-favorite GL roles.
“More Than Idol” isn’t just about casting one show — it’s a bigger move. ZENSE MORE is laying the groundwork to expand its GL universe with multiple upcoming series, and they’re building it from the ground up with new talent that connects with fans both on-screen and online.

The name of the game? Authentic chemistry, fresh visuals, and emotional range. The kind of talent that can carry a fanbase, not just a scene.
If you’re wondering who ZENSE MORE is: they’re a well-known Thai entertainment company founded back in 2009 by Worawut Jenthanakul and Rungtham Poomseenil. These folks have been producing TV shows, game shows, reality competitions, talk shows, and dramas for over a decade — with a strong mix of original concepts and international formats.
Lately, they’ve been making serious noise in the online space too, jumping into the booming GL market with stylish, story-rich series that feel tailored for Gen Z and millennial audiences.

And let’s be real — GL content in Thailand is blowing up more each year. Between growing fan demand, international streaming platforms looking for inclusive content, and homegrown fandoms that know what they want, it's a great time to be casting the next generation of GL leads.
While the winners of the auditions haven’t been officially announced yet, fans are already speculating online about who stood out. Rumour has it a few names already caught the judges’ attention — we’ll keep an eye on that.
One thing’s for sure: ZENSE MORE’s got big plans, and if “More Than Idol” is anything to go by, we’re about to see a new wave of GL talent ready to steal hearts and screens.
