| iiiidolll Say Goodbye This June — Sana Takatera’s Idol Chapter Nears Its End (Iiiidol) |
J-Pop idol group iiiidolll have announced they’ll be disbanding following their final concert on 27 June 2025 at Shimokitazawa Shangri-La.
The group, which launched back in September 2023, shared the news with fans via an official statement on X.
And yes, that means former SKE48 member Sana Takatera will be taking her final bow with the group this summer.
iiiidolll was formed under the agency MR8 and made their debut on 17 September 2023 with six members: Rena, Sana, Nanami, Yuina, Airi, and Ayaka.
Over time, there were a couple of changes — Ayaka left in early 2024, and Natsuka followed in March this year.
The group welcomed Mashiro and Fuka in September 2024, rounding out their current seven-member lineup.
In the official statement, the team explained that after lots of chats between the members and staff about their future paths and the group’s direction, they collectively decided to bring things to a close.

They also thanked fans and everyone who’s supported iiiidolll since day one, saying they’ll keep giving their all right up until that final performance.
As for what’s next?
According to updated info today, each member will be updating fans through their own social media channels with individual plans once the group wraps up.
