S-Ma took to social media late at night, pouring her heart out with a simple yet devastating message: “Baby Shan, where have you gone? Why haven’t you come back?”
The grief-stricken mother’s words struck a chord with fans, who have been mourning alongside the family since Big S (Barbie Hsu) passed away in Japan in February.

Earlier, on 19 March, S-Ma had shared a series of posts featuring a radiant Big S with her signature long black hair and a bright smile.
She captioned it with heartbreaking words: “Just think of it as her experiencing this beautiful world for me.”
In the comments, she had written, “My daughter has come home,” expressing a desperate wish to feel her presence again.
Big S, who tragically passed away in early February, was laid to rest on 15 March at Jinbao Mountain’s Rose Garden, surrounded by her loved ones.
Her sudden departure has left an immense void in the hearts of her family, friends, and countless fans.
S-Ma, who has been openly expressing her sorrow, previously wrote, “Keeping the sadness to myself,” “My heart has a hole,” and “I feel like I can’t hold on.”
Last night’s message calling out to her late daughter by her childhood nickname, Shan Shan, once again laid bare the depth of her pain.
Supporters flooded the comments with messages of comfort, saying, “She is watching over her children,” and “Shan will always be in our hearts.”
The loss has taken a heavy toll on the family.
Younger sister Little S (Dee Hsu) has yet to return to work, and Big S’s husband, DJ Koo Jun-Yup, has chosen to remain in Taiwan for now.
Close friend Makiyo recently revealed that S-Ma has been struggling with severe insomnia and at times feels like she can barely stand.
Meanwhile, Little S has been declining invitations, saying she needs more time to heal.
As grief continues to weigh heavily on those closest to Barbie Hsu, the outpouring of love and support from fans worldwide reminds everyone that she will never be forgotten.
