Flora Shafiq has officially left JKT48, and fans are still in shock! The news broke on the group's official website, confirming that as of Wednesday, 5 March 2025, Flora is no longer part of JKT48.
This announcement hit differently because Flora had just returned from a three-month suspension.
She resumed activities on 11 February 2025, even performing in the Aturan Anti Cinta setlist on 27 February.
Fans thought she was back for good—until now.
Before the official statement, Flora posted an emotional message on X, apologising to fans and wishing them well for Ramadan. At the time, no one realised it was actually a farewell message.
“Sorry for my past mistakes, and I hope we can all become better people. Stay healthy and happy, everyone. I'm grateful to have you,” she wrote.
Flora JKT48 was deemed to have failed to comply with management’s rules regarding relationships issue. The group is known for strictly enforcing its policies, and as a result, management suspended Flora JKT48 from all activities.
This decision followed the circulation of a viral photo showing Flora Shafiq sitting on a man's lap. The image, which spread after being re-photographed from a phone screen, shows Flora wearing a green top paired with white trousers, while the man is dressed in a white long-sleeved shirt and brown trousers.
After her suspension in November 2024, Flora's return seemed like a fresh start.

But just a month later, she’s out again—this time, for good. JKT48 management stated that they respected her decision to leave after discussions with all involved parties.
Fans are heartbroken but hope Flora finds success in whatever she does next.
