Kito Mikuru, a member of SKE48's Team S, has announced her graduation through a live Showroom stream.
While her final stage date is yet to be revealed, she assured fans she will give her best until the very end.
Graduation is nothing new in the 48 Group, as members move on to new challenges or step away from entertainment altogether.
Mikurun, who has been with SKE48 for over five years, admitted that this decision wasn’t easy.
She had been thinking about it for months before finally making up her mind.
During her announcement, she expressed deep gratitude to her fans for their support and the many memories they’ve shared.
While some senior members hold grand graduation concerts, fans are now wondering whether Mikuru will have a similar send-off or just a regular graduation stage.
Debuting as a Kenkyuusei in 2019, she was later promoted to Team S in 2022.
She also participated in the A-side song Koi Ochi Flag. With her journey in SKE48 nearing its end, she hopes to create more special moments before saying goodbye.
