MADMED Reveals New Members Ahead of 2025 Debut

MADMED Unveils Lineup, Debut Set for 27 January 2025

Japanese idol group MADMED, formerly MAD MEDiCiNE, has revealed their new seven-member lineup and announced their highly anticipated debut on 27 January 2025. 

The group, formed on 17 April 2022, underwent a significant rebranding on 9 January 2025, embracing a fresh system and a new slogan, "Be madly dependent" (狂おしいほど、依存して).

The revamped lineup features original member Natsuki Jam (X: @jam_madmed) alongside new members: 

Enma Tora (@tora_madmed), Onaka Peco (@peco_madmed), Tetori (@tetori_madmed), Amagami Ayame (@ayame_madmed), Kakushi Tenlu (@tenlu_madmed) and Fukai Numa (@numa_madmed), who all joined in January 2025. 

Each member is symbolised by a unique colour, reflecting their distinct personalities.

MADMED’s journey has been marked by changes, with several former members leaving the group over the years. 

MADMED has seen several members depart since its formation:

  • Alka Risei (graduated 1 October 2022)
  • Yuki Minori (graduated 2 October 2022)
  • Uyunienco (graduated 28 February 2023)
  • Tsukimiya Rucia, Q Sanso, Alice Ria, and Yuiitsu Muni (all graduated 7 January 2025).

Their transformation into MADMED signals a new chapter for the group as they aim to captivate fans with their energetic performances and unique concept.

Fans eagerly await the debut of the reimagined MADMED, hoping it will set a new standard in the Japanese idol industry.
