Netflix’s Earle Meets World takes viewers beyond Alix Earle’s carefully built social media world and into the family that has been orbiting it all along. The reality series follows the influencer as she balances an increasingly busy career with her relationships at home, bringing Ashtin Earle, TJ Earle, Alisa Maniaci, Ashley Dupré Earle, their partners and their half-siblings into the picture. And if Alix’s online career already looked busy, adding a whole family tree to the equation certainly does not make things quieter.
Alix Earle has continued to turn her enormous online following into a full-blown business career. She studied Marketing at the University of Miami, but her real professional path took shape through beauty, fashion, wellness and lifestyle content. She began posting regularly during her freshman year in 2020, with her candid Get Ready With Me videos and personal updates helping her build a following that eventually became far bigger than anything a university marketing assignment could have prepared her for.
Rather than keeping her content strictly polished, Alix made her personal experiences part of the appeal. Her discussions around beauty, confidence, relationships and other aspects of her life helped create a sense that followers were watching a person rather than simply another carefully packaged influencer. By the time she graduated in 2024, that audience had already developed into a substantial platform, while her Hot Mess with Alix Earle podcast, launched in September 2023, gave her another way to build her brand away from short-form content.
Since then, Alix has increasingly looked like an entrepreneur rather than someone simply riding the influencer wave. She has invested in Cymbiotika, Gorgie and SipMargs, while in March 2026 she launched her own skincare company, Reale Actives, taking on the roles of founder, owner and chief brand officer. In other words, the woman who once became famous for getting ready on camera now has an expanding business portfolio to get ready for as well.
Her younger sister Ashtin Earle is carving out a path of her own, although she has been open about the influence Alix had on her decision to enter the creator world. The sisters share an interest in beauty and fashion, but the family dynamic portrayed on the show suggests that neither is particularly interested in turning sisterhood into some bizarre competition for the internet’s attention. There is room for both of them, which is probably healthier than fighting over who gets the better lighting.
Ashtin has already established herself as a content creator, but modelling remains one of her biggest ambitions. She has attended Fashion Week events and hopes eventually to make the leap from watching the shows to actually walking the runway. That ambition gives her career a slightly different direction from Alix’s increasingly business-focused approach, even though their worlds naturally overlap.
Then there is Thomas “TJ” Earle, who has arguably mastered one of the strangest modern career combinations: construction executive by day, manager to his influencer daughters by necessity. TJ studied Business Administration at Lynn University and took over leadership of the Earle family’s civil contracting and construction materials business in 1995. He continues to oversee the organisation and its various operations, making him rather more experienced with spreadsheets and negotiations than the average social media manager.
His management role with Alix reportedly developed almost by accident. She initially brought her father along to meetings to help with the practical business side of her growing career, and eventually the temporary assistance became a permanent job. When Ashtin began developing her own career, TJ naturally became her manager too. The family has embraced the nickname “dadager”, and it is difficult to imagine a more literal example of taking the phrase “keeping it in the family” seriously.
TJ’s family life is just as complicated, with his younger children Izabel, Penelope and Thomas from his marriage to Ashley Dupré Earle. With Izabel also showing signs of following the older sisters towards the public-facing world, TJ may eventually find himself managing another daughter. At this rate, the Earle family could probably start its own management agency and still have room for lunch.
Ashley Dupré Earle has also become an important part of the family story. Her relationship with TJ initially created considerable tension because of the circumstances surrounding how they came together, particularly for Alix and Ashtin when they were younger. Over time, however, the family has apparently moved towards a much more settled relationship, with Ashley and TJ raising their children while maintaining a close connection with Alisa and her partner.
That evolution is one of the more interesting aspects of Earle Meets World, because the family is not presented as a perfectly tidy unit where everyone magically gets along from day one. Instead, there is a history behind the relationships, and the adults have had to work through it.
Ashley has spoken about recognising that earlier choices were not fair to Alisa, while also acknowledging the family that exists today. Whatever viewers make of that history, the current dynamic is considerably more complicated than the usual reality-TV family portrait.
These days, the blended family reportedly spends time together through dinners, nights out and holidays, with Ashley, TJ, Alisa, Todd and their children forming a much larger family circle. It is an arrangement that would probably sound exhausting on paper, but they appear to have found a rhythm that works. Family group chats must be absolutely enormous, though.
Alisa Maniaci has meanwhile built a life that looks very different from her daughters’ highly public careers. After studying Marketing at Lynn University, her focus largely shifted towards raising Alix and Ashtin and being the steady presence in the family. She later became involved in philanthropy, supporting causes and organisations in New Jersey, including the C.H.A.S.E for Life Foundation, while also maintaining interests in fitness and equestrian activities.
Her relationship with Todd Galski has become another major part of her current life. Alisa and Todd first met in the late 2010s, when both were navigating significant changes in their personal lives. Their relationship was not exactly a straight road to happily ever after, with the pair experiencing plenty of ups and downs before finding greater stability. They have since moved in together and are looking towards a future that takes their children and extended family into account.
Alisa also went through a major personal chapter in 2025 and 2026, undergoing significant treatment and surgery before reaching remission. That experience adds another layer to her appearance in the series, particularly because she has continued to focus on family, philanthropy and rebuilding her life rather than allowing one difficult chapter to define everything that comes afterwards.
Todd, meanwhile, has his own established professional career. A Rutgers University graduate with a degree in Communication, he built his career in sales before moving into senior leadership roles.
He joined Guerbet as National Sales Director in 2018 and later became Senior Regional Business Director at Pulmonx Corporation in 2021, a position he continues to hold. He is also a father of two from a previous marriage, making his relationship with Alisa another example of two families gradually becoming one much larger unit.
The result is that Earle Meets World is not really just about Alix Earle. She may be the central figure and the biggest name in the family, but the series works because everyone around her has their own career, history and ambitions. Ashtin is trying to establish herself in fashion, TJ is balancing two very different jobs, Alisa has built a life around family and philanthropy, Ashley has found her place within a blended family, and Todd is juggling his executive career with family life.
Fan reactions to this side of the Earle family have naturally varied. Some viewers seem fascinated by the unusually open family dynamic and the way everyone has gradually found their place, while others are more interested in Alix’s career and the machinery behind her success.
There is also plenty of curiosity around the sisters, particularly whether Ashtin can establish an identity that stands on its own rather than forever being introduced as Alix Earle’s younger sister. That may ultimately be one of the most interesting stories to watch develop.
There is also something refreshing about the fact that not everyone in Earle Meets World is trying to become the next Alix. The family has different careers, personalities and priorities, which gives the show more texture than a simple influencer showcase. At the same time, the series occasionally feels like a reminder that when your family is already living in the public eye, privacy becomes less of a boundary and more of a group project.
Personally, the biggest appeal is not even Alix’s social media success. It is the sheer amount of family history packed behind the polished online image. You have sisters building careers, parents navigating co-parenting, a stepfamily that has had to find common ground, partners bringing children of their own into the mix and a father who somehow ended up managing his daughters’ careers.
it is messy, occasionally awkward and far more relatable than the glossy influencer label might suggest. Whether viewers love the Earle family dynamic or find themselves raising an eyebrow at parts of it, there is clearly enough going on here to keep people talking.
For now, Alix Earle remains the biggest star of the family, but Earle Meets World makes a convincing case that there is much more to the Earles than one social media account. With Ashtin chasing modelling ambitions, Alix expanding her businesses and the wider family continuing to navigate life together, their next chapter could be just as interesting as the one Netflix has already put on screen.
