The SNH48 13th General Election has officially wrapped up, with Yang Bingyi of SNH48 Team X once again taking the coveted first position after a tense final night in Suzhou on 8 August 2026. More than 200 members representing SNH48, GNZ48, BEJ48, CKG48 and CGT48 took part in the annual concert, but when the votes were finally counted, Yang Bingyi was the one standing at the top with a huge lead.
Held under the theme “Dreams, Sweat, Perseverance”, the event brought together performances, appearances and the long-awaited final ranking announcement. DJ Gao Shanfeng, Mo Han and Xiao Ranxin hosted the evening, while the final results provided the inevitable moment of tension as members waited to discover where they had landed. And, somewhat less surprisingly after the numbers started appearing, Yang Bingyi was back where she had been before: first place.
Yang Bingyi takes the crown again
Yang Bingyi finished first with 355,896.4 votes, putting a considerable distance between herself and the rest of the field. The result marks her second victory in the SNH48 General Election, making the achievement considerably more than a one-off triumph.
Her return to the top also gives the result an interesting meaning for her next stage. Yang Bingyi is expected to move towards a solo career under Siba Media, so the election victory arrives at a particularly significant point in her career.
Rather than simply adding another trophy to her collection, the result gives her a powerful final chapter with the group as she prepares for what comes next.

Zhu Yixin claims second place for GNZ48
Zhu Yixin of GNZ48 Team Z finished second with 174,594.5 votes, making her the highest-ranked member outside SNH48 itself and giving GNZ48 a major presence near the top of the final table.
The gap between first and second was substantial, but Zhu's position remains an important result for both herself and GNZ48. Finishing runner-up in an election involving five groups puts her among the most prominent members in the wider SNH48 GROUP and gives her a strong platform heading into the next stage of her career.
Her paraphrased remarks focused on appreciation for the people who continued to support her throughout the election and on treating second place as motivation rather than a disappointment. The result may not have delivered the number-one position, but it certainly left Zhu with plenty to celebrate.
Jiang Shuting completes the top three
Jiang Shuting of SNH48 Team HII took third place with 85,298.9 votes, completing the leading three. Her position puts Team HII firmly on the map while giving Jiang one of the biggest individual results of the election.
The distance between Jiang and the top two was sizeable, but third place still represents a strong showing in a field packed with established members and rising performers.
In her comments, Jiang expressed gratitude for the support behind her result and suggested that the ranking should be treated as encouragement to keep improving rather than simply a final destination.
And frankly, after surviving an election where thousands of decimal points apparently decide your fate, “keep working harder” is probably the safest possible answer.
Top Girls: the full Top 16 results
The Top Girls section, covering positions one through 16, was led comfortably by Yang Bingyi with 355,896.4 votes. Zhu Yixin followed in second with 174,594.5, while Jiang Shuting took third with 85,298.9.
Hu XiaoHui of SNH48 Team NII finished fourth on 74,988.6, followed closely by Wang RuiQi of SNH48 Team X, who collected 74,911.1. The narrow gap between fourth and fifth was one of the tighter battles near the top of the table.
Sixth went to Zhang QiongYu of GNZ48 Team G with 65,097.7, while Shen Xin of SNH48 Team NII ranked seventh with 63,263. Jiang XinYao of SNH48 Team X came eighth with 52,544.6.
The ninth and tenth positions went to BEJ48, with Huang XuanQi of Team B scoring 46,655.2 and Ma XinYu of Team E taking 44,861.5. That gave BEJ48 two members inside the Top 10 and added another strong result for the group.
Chen Lin of SNH48 Team X placed 11th with 44,022.7, while Zhu HongRong of BEJ48 Team E finished 12th on 41,613.9. Li JiaEn of SNH48 Team HII was 13th with 40,416.4.
The final three places in the Top Girls section went to Yan Na of SNH48 Team X in 14th with 38,572.7, You Miao of SNH48 Team SII in 15th with 38,409.2, and Lin JiaYi of SNH48 Team X in 16th with 37,103.8.
That makes Team X particularly noticeable in the upper reaches of the ranking, with several members securing places in the coveted Top 16.
Under Girls: positions 17 to 32
The next tier began with Lin ShuQing of SNH48 Team HII, who finished 17th with 36,365.8 votes. Li JiChun of SNH48 Team NII was 18th with 31,188.1, followed by Shi ZhuJun of GNZ48 Team NIII on 31,109.5.
Zeng XinYan of SNH48 Team X came 20th with 30,640.4, while Zhou Xiang of BEJ48 Team B finished 21st with 29,547.2. Wang YuChen of GNZ48 Team NIII took 22nd with 29,330.1.
The 23rd position went to Yu JiaWei of SNH48 Team X, who received 26,826 votes. Huang ChuYin of GNZ48 Team G followed in 24th with 25,537.6, while Yang YuXin of SNH48 Team NII came 25th with 26,394.4.
Wang JiaQi of BEJ48 Team B finished 26th with 25,126.3. Wang Ziyi of GNZ48 Team G was 27th on 25,036, followed by Wen RuoQi of SNH48 Team HII in 28th with 25,025.2.
The final four positions in this group went to Fang Qi of GNZ48 Team G in 29th with 23,055.3, Lv SiQi of GNZ48 Team NIII in 30th with 22,997.1, Liu SiYu of SNH48 Team HII in 31st with 22,942.8, and Lin JiaYi of GNZ48 Team G in 32nd with 22,877.3.
Next Girls: positions 33 to 48
The Next Girls section showed an especially broad spread across the five groups and included several trainees. Wang TianJiao of BEJ48 led this group in 33rd place with 22,612.3 votes, followed by Ge JunYan of CKG48 Team K with 22,267.2.
Zhang Chen of BEJ48 came 35th with 22,143.7, while Liu ShiPeng of SNH48 Team SII was 36th on 22,097.1. Chen ShanLing of GNZ48 Team K followed with 22,024.3.
The 38th position went to Zhang Qian of SNH48 Team SII with 21,970.6, followed by Yang XinYu, also of Team SII, on 21,735.5. He XinMan of CKG48 Team K ranked 40th with 21,412.2.
Zhou TongYue of SNH48 Team SII took 41st with 21,406.5, while Li Ting of the same team was 42nd with 21,350.3. Zhong YaNan of SNH48 Team NII followed in 43rd with 21,066.1.
The final five positions were taken by Zhu RuiYuan of CKG48 Team C in 44th with 20,982.5, Ye Fan of SNH48 Team NII in 45th with 20,974.6, Huang MengXi of CKG48 Team C in 46th with 20,754.6, Wu ZhiYue of CKG48 Team K in 47th with 20,573.2 and Liu YuCheng of SNH48 Team SII in 48th with 20,447.1.
The election is more than a numerical ranking for the members involved. Placement can influence visibility, performance opportunities and the level of attention surrounding individual members in the following year.
For those in the Top 16, the result provides a particularly strong position within the group's next promotional cycle, while the lower tiers offer younger or less established members a chance to show that their support base is growing.
For trainees such as Wang TianJiao and Zhang Chen, appearing inside the Top 48 is particularly notable. Their results suggest that they already have meaningful support despite not yet occupying the same established position as many of the group's senior members.
