The actor, born in August 2002, admitted that many people keep asking whether he is secretly dating someone, especially as more young celebrities have become increasingly open about their relationships. However, Shu Yuan calmly shut down the speculation by revealing that he is not seeing anyone at the moment.

While discussing his ideal relationship, Shu Yuan revealed that appearance has never been the deciding factor for him. Instead, respect, loyalty and trust rank far above physical attraction.
"Out of everything, I think the most important thing is meeting a woman I can truly respect and trust," he said. "If I don't admire someone as a person or can't trust them completely, then it's difficult for real feelings to grow. Those qualities are priceless to me. Looks may catch your attention, but character is what keeps someone beside you."
His comments also offered a glimpse into how seriously he views long-term commitment. Rather than chasing short-lived excitement, Shu Yuan said he hopes to build a relationship that lasts a lifetime.
"I've always imagined living comfortably, happily and peacefully with my future wife," he shared. "When I say I want a luxurious life, I don't just mean expensive things. I mean having stability, security and happiness with the person I love. That's the kind of success I'm working towards."
The actor even encouraged his fans to think carefully before entering a serious relationship, arguing that choosing a life partner should never be rushed.
"You only get one life, so don't treat choosing your partner casually," he explained. "Nowadays we see too many relationships falling apart because trust disappears. That's why I always think about the long-term consequences before making important decisions. Love should make your future stronger, not more complicated."
