Love is complicated enough without old wedding photos suddenly appearing on your phone. See You At Work Tomorrow (내일도 출근!) Episode 10 takes the sweet office romance it has carefully built over the past nine episodes and throws it straight into emotional rush-hour traffic. Just when Cha Ji-yoon and Kang Si-woo seem ready to move forward together, the ghosts of past relationships decide they have unfinished business, turning one of the series' happiest couples into two people struggling to stand on the same page.
The episode begins on a surprisingly light note as Ji-yoon and Si-woo enjoy an early morning run together. Their growing comfort around each other is obvious, but temptation quietly sneaks in when Si-woo's phone buzzes while he's away. Ji-yoon briefly considers checking the message before deciding against it, and when Si-woo casually explains it came from colleague Young-hun, the tension quickly fades. For a moment, trust wins.
Elsewhere, romance remains just as messy. No-ah continues ignoring Jae-in after their misunderstanding, while Jae-in spends his day questioning whether he really has been as shallow as she accused him of being.
His conversations with Ga-eul and Seung-jun offer some comic relief, although the awkwardness surrounding everyone's complicated relationships never really disappears.
Things take a happier turn during band rehearsal when Ji-yoon finally tells Hye-ji that she is dating Si-woo. Although her friend initially worries about the relationship, she eventually accepts it and even invites Si-woo to her upcoming wedding. Later, Ji-yoon also introduces him to Ga-eul, finally closing another chapter that had quietly lingered between them.
Rather than allowing jealousy to grow, Ji-yoon and Si-woo choose honesty. They openly admit that seeing each other's former partners still feels uncomfortable, but both insist their past relationships no longer carry romantic feelings. It is one of the episode's strongest conversations because neither character pretends insecurity magically disappears simply because two people fall in love.
That honesty becomes even more important when Soo-jin quietly returns to the story. After work, Ji-yoon unexpectedly spots Si-woo speaking with his former wife inside a parked car. When she asks about his evening, Si-woo lies and says he has not met anyone. It is only a small lie, but in relationships, small cracks often become very large holes.
Away from the romance, the Home AI project finally begins gathering momentum. Young-him officially joins the team while Young-hun works on improving the product's camera system.
No-ah, inspired by Ji-yoon's earlier advice, proposes a regulatory sandbox for the remote-control project and earns praise from senior developers. The workplace storyline finally feels like more than people carrying laptops while discussing their feelings.
One of the episode's emotional highlights comes during Ji-yoon's family dinner celebrating her mother's birthday. Years of unresolved frustration finally surface as her parents decide to remain legally married while living separate lives through what they call a "marriage graduation contract".
Later, her father quietly admits that years of avoiding arguments eventually turned into years of barely speaking at all. It is a painfully honest reflection on how relationships rarely collapse overnight. Sometimes they simply fade because nobody remembers how to keep talking.
The situation surrounding Soo-jin receives important context later. While helping at Ji-yoon's father's shop after his accident, Si-woo finally explains why he has continued seeing his ex-wife. Soo-jin's mother suffers from dementia and still believes he is part of the family.
Hoping to protect Ji-yoon from unnecessary worry, he kept everything to himself, believing silence was the kinder option. Unfortunately, silence has a terrible habit of becoming louder than honesty.
Realising she might have reacted differently if their roles were reversed, Ji-yoon encourages Si-woo to meet Soo-jin one final time and bring proper closure to the situation. She simply asks him to arrive at Hye-ji's wedding afterwards. Fate, naturally, has other plans.
Meanwhile, the secondary romance finally delivers the payoff fans have waited for. After meeting Jae-in's former girlfriend and learning she ended their relationship because her own feelings disappeared, No-ah finally understands the truth.
She surprises Jae-in by asking him to become her boyfriend, leaving him so overwhelmed with happiness that tears replace words before they share a heartfelt kiss. Sometimes the simplest love stories really are the sweetest.
Just when everything appears to be settling, the series quietly plants the seeds for much bigger trouble. Kee-tae secretly investigates Si-woo's past online while Young-hun deliberately introduces errors into the Home AI Lab system under the excuse of working overtime. The sabotage unfolds quietly enough that almost nobody notices, making it all the more dangerous.
The wedding sequence delivers the emotional punch the entire episode has been building towards. While Si-woo is delayed after Soo-jin's mother suddenly collapses, Ji-yoon waits anxiously for him to arrive.
At almost the same moment, Kee-tae sends her an old photograph from Si-woo and Soo-jin's wedding, capturing them smiling during happier times. The image hits harder than any argument could.
As if the day needed one more awkward surprise, Ga-eul casually warns Ji-yoon not to date Si-woo because he is divorced. Rather than politely enduring the comment, Ji-yoon finally draws a line, reminding Ga-eul they are no longer close before walking away with Si-woo. Unfortunately, the emotional damage has already been done.
Their final conversation is devastating precisely because nobody is truly wrong. Ji-yoon admits seeing Si-woo looking genuinely happy with Soo-jin made her question her own place in his life.
She confesses that the situation has become emotionally exhausting and leaves before he can fully respond, ending the episode with heartbreak rather than dramatic shouting. Sometimes walking away quietly hurts far more than throwing plates across the room.
The closing preview suggests Episode 11 will raise the stakes considerably. Although Ji-yoon distances herself emotionally after receiving the wedding photograph, both she and Si-woo are forced to continue working closely together on the Home AI project.
Refusing to surrender their relationship, Si-woo becomes determined to prove that his future matters more than his past and begins fighting to rebuild the trust that has slipped through his fingers.
However, romance quickly becomes the least of their worries. The Home AI Lab suddenly faces a major crisis after signs emerge that the demonstration system has been deliberately sabotaged.
Si-woo starts suspecting someone inside the company has intentionally interfered with the project, transforming what looked like ordinary workplace competition into a race against time. With an insider apparently working against them, Ji-yoon and Si-woo must uncover the culprit before months of hard work collapse in spectacular fashion.
The episode deserves credit for refusing to take easy shortcuts. Rather than manufacturing conflict through exaggerated misunderstandings, it explores how insecurity quietly grows even when two people genuinely trust each other.
The strongest scenes are not the romantic confessions or dramatic entrances but the quiet conversations where both characters struggle to explain emotions they barely understand themselves. Ji-yoon's sadness never feels irrational because the story carefully shows how repeated omissions, even well-intentioned ones, slowly chip away at confidence. SL
Si-woo, meanwhile, remains sympathetic because his mistakes come from trying to protect rather than deceive. That emotional balance gives the drama surprising maturity. The subplot involving Ji-yoon's parents mirrors the younger couple beautifully, reminding viewers that communication is something every relationship must continue learning regardless of age.
The sweeter moments involving No-ah and Jae-in provide welcome warmth without feeling disconnected from the main story. The only element that still feels slightly uneven is the corporate sabotage storyline, which occasionally belongs in a different series altogether.
Even so, its slow build creates genuine suspense heading into the next chapter. Episode 10 may not deliver explosive twists every few minutes, but it quietly leaves an emotional bruise that lingers long after the credits stop rolling. Sometimes heartbreak whispers instead of screams, and this episode understands that better than most romantic K-dramas.
K-netz have been just as divided as the characters themselves. Many sympathised with Ji-yoon, arguing that seeing an old wedding photo arrive out of nowhere would shake anyone's confidence regardless of how secure the relationship seemed.
Others defended Si-woo, pointing out that he had tried to handle an incredibly delicate family situation involving Soo-jin's mother and simply made poor decisions while attempting to protect everyone involved.
Plenty also praised No-ah and Jae-in, with some viewers joking that the second couple temporarily stole the entire episode while the main pair spent most of their time collecting emotional damage like it was part of the office workload..
With trust fractured, a possible saboteur hiding inside the company and the future of the Home AI project hanging in the balance, Episode 11 promises to test both love and loyalty at the same time.
