The partnership between June Wanwimol Jaenasavamethee and Mewnich Nannaphas Loetnamchoetsakun has officially come to an end after GMMTV confirmed that the two actresses have mutually agreed to conclude their work as an on-screen pair. The announcement closes a chapter that many fans had hoped would continue, particularly with the anticipated GL project Love Echoes still surrounded by uncertainty. Instead of revealing what's next for the series, the update has only sparked more questions than answers, and fans have quickly noticed another surprising development—the Love Echoes pilot has quietly disappeared from YouTube.

In an official statement, GMMTV confirmed that the decision was reached jointly by both actresses. The company said, "June Wanwimol Jaenasavamethee and Mewnich Nannaphas Loetnamchoetsakun have mutually agreed to officially conclude their work as a pair."

It added that the move was made "with mutual understanding and respect, taking into account their individual career paths and future goals.

The statement also expressed appreciation to supporters, saying the company "extends its sincere gratitude to all fans for your continued support and sincerely hopes you will continue to show them your love in their future endeavours."

The wording of the announcement makes one thing clear: there is no suggestion of conflict or disagreement behind the decision. Instead, GMMTV presented it as a professional choice that reflects both actresses' ambitions as they move forward separately.

It is a calm statement, although fans would probably admit it landed with the emotional impact of a plot twist nobody ordered. The timing has inevitably turned attention towards Love Echoes, the GL project that introduced the pairing to many viewers.

At the moment, neither GMMTV nor the production team has issued any update explaining what will happen to the series. There has been no confirmation of a cancellation, recasting or revised production schedule.

That silence has become even louder after fans discovered that the official pilot trailer is no longer available on YouTube, fuelling fresh speculation across social media.

So far, there has been no explanation regarding the removal of the pilot. Whether it is simply a routine content update or connected to changes behind the scenes remains unknown.

Until the company provides further clarification, fans are left piecing together clues with the enthusiasm of amateur detectives who somehow always convince themselves every missing video means something dramatic. Sometimes it does. Sometimes it is just an unavailable video. The internet rarely chooses the second option.

Before this announcement, June and Mewnich had also appeared together in supporting roles in the 2025 GL series Whale Store xoxo, where audiences praised their natural chemistry despite limited screen time.

Their growing popularity encouraged many viewers to look forward to seeing them take centre stage together in future projects, making the latest announcement particularly disappointing for those who had invested in the pairing.

Reactions have been mixed but overwhelmingly emotional. Many fans thanked June and Mewnich for the memories they created together and wished them success as individual actresses.

Others admitted they were heartbroken, saying they had been eagerly waiting for news about Love Echoes rather than news about the partnership ending. Some supporters remain hopeful that both actresses could still appear together in future productions even without being promoted as an official pair, while others are calling on GMMTV to provide a clear update on the fate of the series.

A number of fans also pointed to the carefully chosen wording in the company's announcement, noting that it emphasised "mutual understanding" and "respect" throughout.

For many, that language suggests there is no bad blood between the actresses, only different professional directions. As a result, discussion has shifted away from rumours and towards curiosity over what projects June and Mewnich will each take on next.

For now, the only confirmed development is that June Wanwimol Jaenasavamethee and Mewnich Nannaphas Loetnamchoetsakun will no longer continue as an official pairing under GMMTV. Everything else—including the future of Love Echoes—remains unanswered.

Until another announcement arrives, fans will continue refreshing timelines, revisiting old clips and hoping that the next update finally provides the clarity everyone has been waiting for. What do you think about June and Mewnich ending their official partnership, and should Love Echoes move forward in another form?
