While plenty of celebrity romances are making headlines lately, Ashi Peerakan Teawsuwan has made it clear that he is not joining that trend anytime soon. The rising Thai actor and performer, currently gaining attention through his projects including Ticket to Heaven, recently addressed the question fans seem unable to stop asking: does he have a girlfriend? His answer was refreshingly simple. No, he is not dating anyone right now, and honestly, he barely has time to reply to messages, let alone maintain a full relationship.
The actor, who joined GMMTV following his appearance on Project Alpha and later debuted as a member of CLO'VER under Riser Music, explained that work remains his biggest priority. Between filming schedules, promotional activities, music projects and future commitments, romance is currently sitting somewhere near the bottom of his to-do list.
Speaking candidly during a recent media interview, Ashi Peerakan admitted that many people have asked whether seeing fellow actors openly sharing their relationships makes him feel pressure to do the same. His answer was a calm but firm no.
"Everyone has their own path," he reportedly explained. "Some people are ready for a relationship and some people aren't. Right now I'm focused on work. I have so many things I want to achieve first."
He went on to joke that even if he somehow found the perfect partner tomorrow, there would hardly be enough time to enjoy the relationship.
"I have a lot of things to do. Even if I had someone special, there would be very little time to talk, even through my phone. Meeting regularly would be even harder. I don't think that would be fair for either person."
That said, the actor was careful not to completely close the door on romance. Rather than rejecting the idea, he simply feels the timing is not right.
"Maybe just let it flow naturally," he said. "If the right moment comes, then it comes. But for now, I'm not actively looking for anything."
The conversation became even more interesting when Ashi Peerakan spoke about what he actually values in a future partner. Unlike many celebrity interviews that focus on ideal appearances or first impressions, Ashi repeatedly returned to two qualities: respect and trust.
"Out of everything, I think the most important thing is finding someone I can respect and trust," he explained. "If I can't respect someone or trust them, then it would be difficult for me to develop deeper feelings. Those two things are priceless."

Before that, in 2024, he was linked to actress Jaoying Krongkwan Nakornthap after observant fans noticed similar social media posts, matching outfits and photos taken at seemingly identical locations. That speculation eventually cooled after Ashi publicly denied any romantic involvement.
Further back in 2023, online communities circulated videos showing Ashi helping a female social media influencer who appeared unwell into a vehicle before leaving the area together. The clips quickly fuelled relationship rumours, though no confirmed romance ever emerged from the speculation.
