Ko Bok-hui, Geum-bo’s closest ally, refuses Ju-ran’s attempts to manipulate her. Instead, she warns the team that their cover is blown. When Ju-ran tries to intimidate Geum-bo, she receives the opposite response: a calm offer.
Geum-bo proposes a trade. She will return the stolen funds if Ju-ran removes Sin Jeong-woo from Hanmin.

At first the idea seems impossible, but events move quickly. Evidence surfaces that Jeong-woo’s ally O Deok-gyu sold company shares to a mysterious investment group called Yeouido Pirates, whose CEO turns out to be Geum-bo herself. When Jeong-woo confronts her, she does not deny it.

After months of strategic manoeuvres, Sin Jeong-woo is forced out of Hanmin Securities.
His final conversation with Bok-hui reveals something rare: concern for Geum-bo’s safety. The rivalry between him and Geum-bo may be fierce, but it still carries traces of their complicated past.
With her undercover mission exposed, Geum-bo resigns from Hanmin. But leaving the company is not the end of her game.
In a bold twist, she meets Jeong-woo and offers him a job working with Yeouido Pirates. The offer shocks him, but the logic is clear. Joining her gives him both revenge against Hanmin and a chance to keep an eye on the unpredictable strategist he once loved.

From there the operation accelerates. Using Bok-hui’s knowledge of Ju-ran’s office safe, the group steals the account documents tied to Hanmin’s secret slush funds. They quietly drain the accounts connected to multiple executives.
The team’s ultimate goal is control. By purchasing enough shares, Yeouido Pirates becomes Hanmin’s second-largest shareholder with a 19 percent stake.
While the pirates strengthen their position, chaos spreads inside the company. Chairman Kang must choose a new successor. His candidates are Albert O and No-ra.
Albert gambles everything by claiming to be the mysterious pirate captain. The move triggers suspicion and eventually gets both him and O Deok-gyu expelled from the company. Albert then confronts his grandfather, accusing him of ordering the death of a family member in the past.
The confrontation costs Albert everything. He loses his inheritance and his status within the family.
At the same time, No-ra travels to Switzerland, where millions of dollars are hidden in her name. She nearly withdraws the funds but loses her nerve. Years of fear about her grandfather’s power stop her at the last moment.
Instead, she returns to Korea and unexpectedly becomes the new president of Hanmin Securities.
The finale’s most satisfying moment arrives when Sin Jeong-woo calls Chairman Kang as a representative of Yeouido Pirates, thanking him for the slush fund money that allowed them to buy Hanmin shares. It is a perfectly delivered taunt.
But the victory comes with a warning.
Chairman Kang finally understands how completely he has been outplayed. Furious and humiliated, he decides the only remaining solution is direct retaliation.
The episode ends with Geum-bo walking home at night. Suddenly headlights blaze behind her. Tyres screech.
