Japanese entertainment media has revealed the identity of actor Takizawa Ryo’s wife, weeks after the rising star publicly announced his marriage. According to a report by Josei Seven and an exclusive feature by Josei Seven, the woman he married is Risa Kido, a 38-year-old scenario writer who previously appeared as a contestant on the reality dating show The Bachelor Japan season two.
The confirmation brings clarity to an announcement made by Takizawa Ryo, 28, on 9 February 2026 when the actor revealed on social media that he had married a long-term partner while also confirming his departure from the talent agency that had represented him for years.
