Thai actor Pavel Naret Promphaopun has directly addressed online claims that he is secretly dating, after a viral post on X alleged the woman frequently seen beside him was his girlfriend. The actor responded publicly, rejecting the suggestion and criticising what he described as invented narratives circulating on social media.
The speculation began when a user shared screenshots of Pavel alongside a woman, claiming she was “overly attached” and constantly by his side.
The post quickly gained traction, fuelling fresh discussion about his private life.

Pavel did not remain silent. Posting from his own account on 1 March, he dismissed the allegation in firm terms.
He remarked that some people are “impressive” at creating their own version of reality, but added that the word “delusional” was more fitting than the story being shared.
He then clarified the identity of the woman in question. According to Pavel, she is a professional staff member he personally contracts and pays each month to help produce daily content for fans.
