British alt-pop duo HONNE will return to Kuala Lumpur this August as part of their “10 Year Anniversary Tour”, marking a decade since the pair first broke through with their emotionally driven electronic soul sound. The one-night concert is scheduled for 8 August 2026 at REXKL, giving Malaysian fans a rare chance to see the group up close in an intimate venue rather than a large arena.
The show forms part of the Southeast Asian leg of the anniversary tour and is organised by Future Sound Asia, a promoter well known for bringing international acts to Malaysia. For longtime listeners, the performance promises more than a standard concert.
According to organisers, the night will focus on revisiting the duo’s catalogue with stripped-back arrangements designed to highlight the songwriting that built their reputation across the indie pop world.
HONNE, made up of James Hatcher and Andy Clutterbuck, first gained attention in the mid-2010s with smooth electronic productions and reflective lyrics that quickly found a loyal audience across Asia.
Over the years, tracks such as their mellow love songs and atmospheric pop releases have become staples of late-night playlists and streaming charts throughout the region.
For the anniversary tour, the duo is leaning into nostalgia while also offering fresh interpretations of their music. The Kuala Lumpur show is expected to feature reimagined versions of familiar tracks performed in a more personal, emotionally driven format.
With REXKL known for its limited capacity and distinctive cultural space inside a restored cinema building, the concert is being positioned as a close-up celebration rather than a large-scale spectacle.

HONNE “10 Year Anniversary Tour” – Kuala Lumpur Details.
Date: 8 August 2026 (Saturday)
Time: 8pm
Venue: REXKL
Organiser: Future Sound Asia
Ticket Prices: Artist Presale RM278 | General Admission RM308
Online fan communities reacted quickly to the announcement, with many Malaysian listeners describing the show as a “full circle moment” after years of following the duo’s music.
Some praised the decision to hold the concert at REXKL, saying the smaller venue suits HONNE’s intimate sound. Others noted that the earlier ticket release suggests demand may exceed expectations, with several fans already planning travel from neighbouring countries such as Singapore and Thailand.
Still, reactions are varied. While many welcome the intimate format, a portion of fans say they hope more regional dates will follow, arguing that a single KL show could leave many supporters unable to attend.
Others, however, say the limited capacity is exactly what makes the anniversary concert feel special.
With a decade of music behind them and a loyal Asian fanbase still growing, HONNE’s Kuala Lumpur return is shaping up to be one of the region’s most anticipated indie pop concerts of 2026. Whether you’ve followed the duo since their earliest releases or discovered them through recent streaming hits, this anniversary stop promises a reflective celebration of their journey so far.
