K-pop group CLOSE YOUR EYES (클로즈 유어 아이즈) will perform in Kuala Lumpur for the first time later this month, bringing their debut tour “BEYOND YOUR EYES” to Malaysian fans less than a year after their official debut. The seven-member act is scheduled to take the stage at Idea Live Arena on 28 March 2026 at 5pm, marking their first live appearance in the country.
Concert organiser Nextlive Entertainment confirmed the Kuala Lumpur stop this week, unveiling ticketing details and venue information as anticipation quickly spread among regional fans.
Tickets are priced between RM458 and RM858, with sales opening on 4 March 2026 at 6pm through Fantopia.
The event forms part of the group’s early touring push following their rapid rise in the K-pop scene.
Formed through the JTBC survival programme “Project 7”, CLOSE YOUR EYES debuted in 2025 and quickly built a growing fanbase across Asia.
Their most recent music release, the third mini-album “blackout”, led by the title track “X”, has helped cement the group’s reputation for energetic performances and sleek pop production.

Songs such as “X” are likely to headline the performance, accompanied by tightly choreographed routines and high-energy stage production typical of modern K-pop tours. Fan-interaction segments are also expected, a common feature in rookie group tours as artists build stronger connections with overseas audiences.
The venue, Idea Live Arena, has increasingly become a hotspot for international K-pop acts visiting Malaysia, offering an intimate concert environment compared with larger arenas.
The announcement quickly circulated across fan communities, where reactions ranged from excitement to strategic planning for ticket sales.
Some fans described the Kuala Lumpur show as long overdue given the group’s growing regional popularity.
Others admitted they were preparing for a fast ticket sell-out. Several fan accounts noted that VIP tickets priced at RM858 could become the most competitive category due to perks often tied to premium packages in K-pop concerts.

Netizens also pointed out that Malaysia has increasingly become a key stop for new-generation K-pop tours, especially for rookie groups looking to expand their Southeast Asian audience early in their careers.
At the same time, some fans from neighbouring countries suggested they may travel to Kuala Lumpur for the show, turning the event into a regional gathering point for supporters.
CLOSE YOUR EYES emerged from the JTBC survival programme “Project 7”, which brought together trainees competing for a spot in the final lineup. The show’s format helped build a dedicated following even before the group officially debuted.
Since then, the seven-member act has steadily expanded its reach through new music releases, promotional performances, and appearances across Asia.
The “BEYOND YOUR EYES” tour is widely seen as a key step in that expansion strategy, allowing the group to meet fans directly in multiple markets during their first full year as active artists.
Will KL Be One of the Loudest Stops?
With the countdown to 28 March underway, Malaysian fans are already preparing lightsticks, fan chants, and travel plans for the evening show at Idea Live Arena.
For a rookie group still building its touring history, the Kuala Lumpur concert could become one of the most memorable stops of the “BEYOND YOUR EYES” tour.
