Former NMB48 member and the very first captain of Team BII, Kamieda Emika, has officially announced her marriage — and fans across Japan and Spain are sending their warm congratulations. The actress and model, now 31, shared the happy update through Instagram on 29 November, revealing that she has tied the knot with a Spanish man.
In her statement, Emika Kamieda addressed her long-time supporters and industry colleagues, saying she wanted to report her marriage directly.
She described her husband as a “very kind person” who supported her family even during her late father’s difficult period last year — a detail that touched many fans.

Despite the international marriage, Emika made it clear she’s not stepping away from the entertainment world anytime soon.
She confirmed she’ll continue her career across Japan and Spain, just as she has been doing in recent years.
“I’ll keep working between both countries and aim to broaden my activities even more,” she wrote, sharing a couple’s photo and signing off with her usual professionalism.
She also greeted her Spanish-speaking supporters with a simple but heartfelt message: “Hoy es un día especial” — today is a special day.
Since graduating from NMB48 in July 2017, Emika boldly moved to Spain on her own, building a multilingual career as an actress, model, and all-round entertainer.
She’s fluent in Japanese, English, and Spanish, making her one of the rare trilingual talents to emerge from the 48 Group.
Born in Osaka in 1994, Emika Kamieda passed the NMB48 3rd generation audition in 2011 and later became captain of the newly formed Team BII in 2012.
She placed second in the 2013 Janken Tournament, securing her first AKB48 A-side selection in the single Suzukake no Ki no Michi de….
After her graduation, she pursued stage work, drama roles, and eventually overseas activities — now splitting her career between two countries.
Her marriage marks a new chapter, but Emika promises her supporters one thing: she’s not slowing down. If anything, she’s gearing up for an even more global future.
