Thai actress Aom Sushar Manaying has had a packed schedule lately, but she still made time to show up for her younger sister’s wedding — and she didn’t come empty-handed. Aom casually dropped 1 million baht as a wedding gift, leaving everyone low-key stunned.
According to Aom, the generous gift wasn’t just for show. Her younger sister has been one of her biggest supporters since day one, so Aom felt it was only right to give something meaningful in return.
She also sees the money as a small “starter fund” for her sister’s new family and her newborn niece or nephew. Classic responsible big-sister move.
“I’m Busy, I’m Tired… Marriage Can Wait”
During the My Only Sunshine X Ladiiprang “Country Club Collection” launch event, Aom was inevitably asked about her own wedding plans — especially since she and her longtime boyfriend Amp Ongkosit (Amp Pithan) have been together for seven years.
Her answer? Calm, honest, and very Aom.
She admitted she’s simply not in the headspace for marriage right now.

Work is demanding, her cosmetic brand is entering a major expansion phase, and she just feels overall exhausted. In her words, she wants to “set everything in order first” before entertaining the idea of ceremonies and celebrations.
Aom added that she and Amp have already gone through so much together that it almost feels like they’ve been living a shared life for years. So for her, the ritual and formality can wait.
But — and this is the part fans won’t ignore — she still cheekily said that if Amp suddenly popped the question, she “wouldn’t dare refuse”. Very soft yes disguised as a no.
For Now, It’s ‘Auntie Aom’ Mode Activated
Right now, Aom says her priority is spending time with her new niece/nephew and helping her sister settle into married life. Becoming “Auntie Aom” seems to be her chosen title for the moment, and she’s enjoying it.
Meanwhile, her business goals are crystal clear.
This year, she’s focusing on strengthening the brand foundation.
Next year? She plans to bring her cosmetic line into physical retail stores, expanding beyond the online market. Big moves incoming.
Despite pushing marriage plans aside, Aom reassured everyone that her relationship with Amp is still warm, steady, and full of mutual care. They’ve handled pressure, work, and life changes together — which is why many fans have been cheering for a proposal.
