Zhao Lusi has had enough of the plastic surgery speculation and isn’t holding back. The 26-year-old actress, who’s become a livestream sensation after a fallout with her agency, recently faced a fresh round of rumours alleging she’d had a nose job. 

Known for being candid with her fans, Zhao Lusi took to her livestream to set the record straight in the most dramatic way possible.

In an emotional outburst, Zhao Lusi swore on her life, saying, “Had a nose job? If I had one, I'd get hit and killed by a car outside!” The actress didn’t hold back as she addressed the ongoing rumours, calling out those who keep pushing the story. 

“It’s Saturday – you’ve got nothing better to do?” she quipped, adding an eye-roll for extra flair. She also made it clear that, in her mind, it’s not worth suing those spreading the gossip. 

“Even if I win, you’ve got no money to pay,” she said, dismissing the entire issue.

For those questioning her facial changes, Zhao Lusi explained that both her parents naturally have high nose bridges and that a childhood injury led to nasal tissue overgrowth, giving her a unique look. 

“If I had surgery, it would've been to reduce that, to make it flatter,” she shared, debunking any speculation that her appearance was altered surgically.

But it wasn’t just her nose that she addressed. Fans who’ve followed Zhao Lusi’s career over the years know that her looks have been a topic of constant discussion.

“I’ll be transparent with you,” she said, making sure everyone knew that honesty would be her approach if it ever came to that.
