In a chilling turn of events that’s sent shockwaves across Thailand’s entertainment scene, beloved singer Peck Palitchoke was rushed to hospital in the early hours of 3 August 2025 after being stabbed during a roadside confrontation in Bangkok.
The incident occurred at around 1.43am at a petrol station on Soi Ramkhamhaeng 76 in the bustling Bang Kapi district. Peck, who was reportedly inside a van before stepping out during a road altercation, ended up with deep wounds to his chin and shoulder after being attacked with a knife.
According to early reports, the clash began as a road-related disagreement between Peck and the suspect, identified as Chutithep Khunsoongnern, a 21-year-old motorcyclist.
When the vehicles pulled into the petrol station, Peck allegedly exited his van to speak with the man — but what was expected to be a confrontation quickly escalated. The attacker pulled out a 20-centimetre-long blade and lashed out at the singer, leaving him bleeding from the face.

Emergency responders from Siam Ruamjai Salvation Foundation were quick to the scene, providing first aid before rushing the 39-year-old artist to Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital. Thankfully, hospital sources later confirmed that Peck was in stable and safe condition, much to the relief of his fans nationwide.
What stunned many was that the attacker remained at the scene, surrendered the weapon, and cooperated fully with Hua Mak Police, who arrived shortly after the first emergency calls came in at 1.29am. Chutithep claimed the stabbing was “self-defence,” though police aren’t taking that statement at face value just yet.
“We’ve charged the suspect for carrying a weapon in public and for injuring another person,” said Police Colonel Naren Kruangsnaook, head of Hua Mak Police Station. “We’re still piecing together the full timeline and waiting to speak to Mr. Palitchoke once he’s ready to give a statement.”

As of now, Peck Palitchoke is recovering in hospital under observation, and further police investigation is underway to determine whether this was truly a case of self-defence, or something far more calculated.
