LDH Girl Group Lucky² Changes Name to Laki

Why LDH’s Lucky² Rebrands as ‘Laki’ for 4th Anniversary
From Lucky² to Laki – LDH Girl Group Gets a Fresh Name, New Tour, and Comeback Release

LDH’s beloved girl performance group Lucky² are levelling up. On 22 September 2025, exactly four years since their debut, the group will officially change their name to Laki — a bold new identity packed with meaning and ambition.

The original name Lucky² carried the idea of “double the luck”, inspired by the warmth, support, and good fortune brought in by their fans.

Over the past four years, that bond has been at the heart of everything they’ve done. But now, the group are stepping into a new chapter — one that they say reflects not just where they’ve been, but where they’re going next.

Laki isn’t just a shorter name — it’s a mission statement. Each letter carries meaning:

  • L: Lucky – the charm and positivity they’ve always cherished

  • A: Ambition – the drive to keep dreaming bigger

  • K: Kizuna (bond) – the unbreakable connection with fans and each other

  • I: Infinity – their belief in limitless possibilities

According to the group, the change symbolises their gratitude for the past and their determination to create a future full of new dreams, stronger bonds, and endless potential.

And they’re not just talking — they’re making moves. The same day they revealed the new name, they also dropped details of their next big projects.

Lucky² Evolves into Laki – New Chapter Begins with Tour and December Comeback

From November 2025, Laki will hit the road for the “Laki LIVE TOUR 2025 -Infinity-”, taking their upgraded energy to Tokyo, Fukuoka, Osaka, and Aichi

Then, in December 2025, they’ll release their first new package in almost a year — a much-awaited comeback for fans who’ve been craving fresh music and performances.

As Lucky², they’ve created four years’ worth of memories. As Laki, they’re ready to write the next chapter — brighter, bolder, and with no limits in sight.
