ELLEGARDEN has officially been chosen to perform the brand-new opening theme song for the ONE PIECE TV anime.
The track, titled “Carmine,” will start airing as the opening theme on August 10 at 23:15 (JST) — marking a major collab moment between two iconic Japanese pop culture powerhouses.

Even cooler? The offer came directly to frontman Takeshi Hosomi, ELLEGARDEN’s lead vocalist and guitarist – who just so happens to be a massive ONE PIECE fan himself. Hosomi didn’t even hesitate.
