| Bai Lu Threatens Legal Action After Late-Night Stalker Calls and Privacy Breach |
Chinese actress Bai Lu has officially had enough. After dealing with obsessive fans and invasive stalkers for far too long, her team is now pushing back – and they’re doing it legally.
On August 4, Bai Lu’s agency released a public statement addressing a string of disturbing incidents, from secret surveillance on set to repeated late-night phone calls made directly to her personal number.
One incident, in particular, seemed to tip things over: two individuals allegedly boasted online about calling Bai Lu’s number at 4 a.m., even leaking audio clips as so-called "proof".
In one clip, a woman repeatedly says "hello" before hanging up. In another, a tired voice mumbles “wrong number” – seemingly woken up mid-sleep.
Not Just a Prank Anymore
Bai Lu’s agency made it clear: this is harassment, and they won’t be taking it lightly. The team has already handed over relevant evidence – including recordings, covert footage, and stalker behaviour – to the police.
“Please stop all activities that violate the artist’s privacy,” the statement reads. “This includes stalking, following, filming in secret, and making nuisance calls. Any attempts to obtain or spread private information will also be dealt with legally.”
The warning was strong and straightforward – break the law, and you’ll be seeing the inside of a courtroom.

Fans Show Support for Firm Action
After the statement dropped, many fans backed Bai Lu’s move to draw a clear line. On social media, netizens applauded the actress and her agency for taking legal steps to protect her safety and peace of mind.
Where fame can come with obsessive attention and blurred boundaries, Bai Lu’s bold stand might just set the example – privacy still matters, and stars are no longer staying silent.
