In her speech, Bai Lu gave heartfelt thanks to the award organisers, her loyal fandom Lurongs, and especially her unforgettable role as Huazi in Northward.
“Becoming Huazi was a journey full of joy and pride. Thank you to Huazi, to Flower Street, and to all the beautiful days I hold close. I’m endlessly grateful to everyone who continues to support me without fail,” she wrote.
