Kung Fu Star Vincent Zhao Wenzhuo Celebrates Daughter’s Graduation From Prestigious Le Rosey |
Chinese martial arts star Vincent Zhao Wenzhuo is having a major proud dad moment — and rightly so! The Once Upon a Time in China legend recently flew to Switzerland with his wife Zhang Danlu and their whole family to celebrate the high school graduation of their eldest daughter, Zhao Ziyi (nicknamed “Rosita” or “Rose”).
The 17-year-old has just finished her studies at the ultra-exclusive Institut Le Rosey — often dubbed the “school of kings” and rumoured to be the most expensive boarding school on the planet.
And she didn’t just graduate — she smashed it. Rose bagged top marks in biology and art, along with the school’s highest achievement award, making her parents glow with pride.

Vincent Zhao took to social media to share the milestone, writing:
“Congratulations to my eldest daughter Zhao Ziyi ‘Rose’ for graduating high school and receiving top marks for biology and art, as well as the highest achievement award!”
But being the family man he is, he didn’t forget to give a shoutout to his younger two as well. His son, Zhao Zilong, received a special honorary award dubbed the “Three Eagles Honour,” and youngest daughter Zhao Ziyue seems already fired up to follow in her siblings’ footsteps.
“I applaud your efforts! Go go go!” Vincent wrote proudly.
👑 Life at Le Rosey: Not Your Average Sixth Form

Rose’s school isn’t your run-of-the-mill institution. Le Rosey is legendary for its royal clientele, luxe amenities and eye-watering tuition fees (rumoured to exceed HK$1 million per year).
Established in 1880, it boasts equestrian centres, private yacht access, music halls, and even a shooting range. Basically, it’s a boarding school... but make it billionaire.
The campus is famous for training the children of monarchs, business moguls and global elites — so Rose graduating with honours is no small feat.
In snaps shared by the family, Rose looked radiant and graceful — tall, elegant, with a glowing complexion and a calm poise that really shone through.

🏡 Meanwhile, Back at the Mansion...
While the graduation took place in Switzerland, the Zhao family’s everyday life is equally headline-worthy. When not travelling for milestones, the family resides in one of Beijing’s most luxurious gated estates, Dongshan Villa.
Zhao Wenzhuo, known for his savvy property investments during his heyday as a top action star (his paycheque reportedly hit 20 million RMB per film), now owns multiple high-end properties. Just in Beijing alone, he holds six villas and ten more properties on the side.
Their main residence? A jaw-dropping estate worth around 450 million RMB. The villa features a giant garden, peaceful water features, and interiors so posh they could pass for a five-star resort — think massive chandeliers, formal dining halls, and living rooms fit for royalty.
🥋 From Kung Fu King to Family Man
Vincent Zhao made his name portraying Wong Fei Hung in the Once Upon a Time in China franchise, and later impressed audiences with Fong Sai Yuk and countless other action-packed classics. Behind the scenes, though, he’s built a stable and loving family life with actress Zhang Danlu, whom he married in 2006.
With three talented kids on their way up — and an eldest daughter already shining on the global stage — it’s clear the next generation of the Vincent Zhao family is off to a flying start. One thing’s for sure: Rosita’s graduation isn’t just a proud dad moment — it’s a power family moment. And we love to see it.
