Est Supha Doesn’t Hold Back: Pokes Fun at Sasaengs With Parking Lot Clapback (X) |
It’s not every day that an idol calls out sasaengs right in front of a mic — but Thai actor Est Supha Sangaworawong just did that, and fans are living for it.
During the press tour for the upcoming WilliamEst: WE Magnetic Fancon, Est Supha and William Jakrapatr were chatting casually with reporters when things took a bit of a wild turn. One reporter jokingly said they were a sasaeng — a.k.a. those infamous obsessive fans who follow idols around, sometimes to dangerous extremes.
Est, never one to mince words, smiled and said calmly,
“No, no. I’ve never seen you in the parking lot.”
Sounds cheeky, but the subtext was loud and clear. That parking lot reference? Not random at all.
Turns out, Est Supha’s manager had previously posted a warning aimed right at sasaengs who’ve been creeping around car parks trying to catch idols off-guard.
“The parking lot is not the place to meet these kids,” the post read.
And now Est’s casually calling it out in public? Fans were quick to applaud his guts.
“He’s been clocking everything, just hasn’t said it till now.”
“Good on Est for speaking up. Stalkers deserve to be called out.”
“Est really doesn’t hold back, and I respect that.”
“People need to stop being weird and just support like normal fans.”
“Mark them all!”

The Sasaeng Issue Still Lingers
Sasaeng behaviour’s been a long-standing problem in the Asian entertainment scene. From following celebs to their homes to sneaking around back entrances or — yep — parking lots, the lines between fan and stalker often get dangerously blurred.
While agencies sometimes take legal action, idols themselves rarely speak up in public. That’s why Est’s little comment? It’s hitting different.
Fancon Incoming, Plus New Projects for Both
Est Supha and William’s fancon WE Magnetic is officially happening on Saturday, 9 August 2025 at Union Hall — and after that, things are only getting busier. William, alongside his group LYKN, is prepping for a full-blown concert at IMPACT Arena Muang Thong Thani on 18 October.
LYKN’s also on the move with their first full album DUSK&DAWN, which dropped track 7 FIRST SIGHT back on 14 May and got fans properly hyped.
Meanwhile, Est Supha’s got a new drama cooking. He’s started script readings for Me and Thee, where he’ll star alongside Pond Naravit and Phuwin Tangsakyuen — a solid lineup that’s already making waves online.
