Dilraba Dilmurat Drama Comeback 2025: Full Line-up, Release Dates, and Where to Watch
Dilraba Dilmurat Returns in 2025 with Two New Dramas and a Movie Comeback (WeTV/Weibo)

After what felt like forever for fans, Dilraba Dilmurat is finally stepping back into the spotlight—and she’s not just dipping her toes in. She’s cannonballing in with two major dramas dropping this summer, a fresh film on the horizon, and a variety show that’s already got viewers hooked.

Having been off the drama radar for two years since The Legend of Anle (安乐传) aired in 2023, the Uyghur actress is coming back strong—and in style.

From Vanishing Act to Variety Queen

Though some thought she’d vanished from screens completely, turns out Dilraba’s been busy behind the scenes—and on set. This May, she reappeared on everyone’s radar through the variety programme The Truth Season 3 (开始推理吧 第三季), a detective-style reality show where celebs live together and solve whodunits in a story-driven format.

Alongside Bai Yu, Liu Yuning, Zhang Linghe and Zhou Keyu, she’s been flexing both her smarts and her screen presence in the weekly show that’s currently airing on Tencent Video and WeTV every Thursday and Friday.

With 20 episodes at around 75–100 minutes each, the show’s been a slow burn hit, and fans are loving seeing a more natural and relaxed Dilraba solving mysteries and bantering with the boys.

Stephen Chow’s Shaolin Women’s Soccer? Yep, She’s in That Too

And if you thought she was just playing it safe, think again. Dilraba just wrapped filming on the new Stephen Chow-directed sports comedy, Shaolin Women’s Soccer (少林女足).

Yes, you heard right—Dilraba kicking footballs in monk robes. She plays a Shaolin-trained martial artist who takes on the football pitch in true slapstick-Chow fashion. Filming wrapped in early June, and insiders say she nailed her action scenes, wrapping her major scenes in record time.

This one’s shaping up to be a wild mix of martial arts, girl power, and football madness—and fans can’t wait to see her comedic chops.

Drama Drop Incoming: Sword and Rose & Love on the Turquoise Land

But the main course of her comeback? Two high-profile dramas set to drop almost back-to-back this summer, and both couldn’t be more different.

1. Sword and Rose (利剑玫瑰)

First up is Sword and Rose, a gritty, emotional crime drama dealing with human trafficking. Dilraba plays a tough-as-nails police officer who teams up with Jin Shijia’s character to bust dangerous underground networks.

It’s her grungiest, most stripped-back role yet—no glam, no filters. She did her own car stunt scenes, bruises and all, and even underwent proper police training for the role.

Sword and Rose is set to air on CCTV between July and August 2025, aiming to spark national conversation while delivering intense action and emotional weight.

2. Love on the Turquoise Land (枭起青壤)

Love on the Turquoise Land: Dilraba and Chen Xingxu Lead Fantasy Romance Drama

Swinging to the other end of the spectrum is Love on the Turquoise Land—a rich blend of fantasy, mystery, action, and romance. Dilraba stars as Nie Jiuluo, a graceful sculptor with a secret life as “Mad Blade”—a legendary demon-slaying warrior.

She teams up with Chen Xingxu’s character, Yan Tuo, who’s harbouring a few secrets of his own. Together, they navigate a world full of Earth Owls (地枭)—terrifying demonic beasts—and unravel an ancient conspiracy that could change their fates.

Slated to premiere in mid-July 2025 on Tencent Video and WeTV, the drama follows directly after the conclusion of Reborn (焕羽). Fans are already hyped thanks to the high-end visuals, fantasy lore, and the sizzling chemistry teased between the leads.

And One More Surprise: Love Beyond the Grave (慕胥辞) is Also on the Way

Adding more fuel to the comeback fire, Dilraba also has another drama lined up for later this year—the supernatural romance Love Beyond the Grave, where she stars opposite rising actor Chen Feiyu.

This one’s already wrapped filming, and though the release date’s still under wraps, the buzz is building fast. Think ghostly encounters, star-crossed fate, and lots of emotional tension.

From Diamond Lover to Drama Powerhouse

Dilraba’s star power has been brewing for years, but longtime fans will remember her unexpected breakout from Diamond Lover (克拉恋人) nearly a decade ago. Reportedly, when Tang Yan had to step away from filming for a while, Dilraba stole the spotlight—and the audience’s hearts.

From rom-com cutie to action heroine to fantasy queen, it looks like Dilraba’s now pulling out every card in her deck—and fans both in China and abroad are eating it up.
