| Sakurazaka46 Announces 12th Single “Make or Break” with 3rd Gen’s Matono Mio as First-Time Center |
Sakurazaka46 is ready to flip the page and start a bold new chapter with their 12th single, officially titled “Make or Break,” set to hit streaming platforms on May 30th, 2025 at midnight JST. Fans have been waiting for this one since their last single dropped a few months back, and now it’s go time — literally.
The biggest headline? This single marks the center debut of 3rd generation member Matono Mio. Yep, that’s right — the rookie’s stepping up big time, taking front and center in what could be a real game-changer for the group’s direction.
Matono joined Sakurazaka46 back in January 2023, and in just over two years, she's gone from fresh face to main focus. Talk about a glow-up. In a short message to fans, she said she’s super thankful for all the support and shared that leading a main single has always been one of her biggest dreams. Dreams do come true, huh?
