| Demon Slayer’s Epic Soundtrack Comes Alive: MPO Concert Lands in Malaysia This September |
If you’ve ever thought “wow, this scene would wreck me live in concert” while watching Demon Slayer – well mate, your time has come.
The Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra (MPO) has just dropped a beast of an announcement: they’re putting on a full-on orchestral concert dedicated to the smash-hit anime Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. Set for 20th September 2025 at the stunning Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS in Kuala Lumpur, this is looking like a night to remember (and probably sob through).

They’re not just playing a few tunes either – this is the real deal. The concert’s based around the Tanjiro Kamado, Unwavering Resolve Arc, with all the iconic tracks brought to life by a full orchestra.
While that’s going on, you’ll be treated to huge cinematic visuals showing some of the anime’s most unforgettable scenes. Yeah, we’re talking full-scale heartbreak and hype.
If you’ve been to MPO’s previous anime/game-themed concerts – like their Genshin Impact symphony or the Studio Ghibli celebration – then you already know they don’t mess around. Production values are top-tier, the arrangements are goosebump-inducing, and the vibes are immaculate.
And let’s be honest – if they throw in a live vocalist to belt out “Gurenge” (LiSA fans rise!), it’s game over emotionally.
