ARASHI to Disband After Final Concert Tour in Spring 2026

It’s official – ARASHI is coming back one last time.

After what’ll be over five years since they pressed pause, the legendary five-member group has just dropped a major update via their fan club: they’ll be reuniting in spring 2026 for a concert tour.

But before fans get too excited, there’s a bittersweet catch – this tour will mark the end of their journey as ARASHI.

Yep, the group confirmed that after this final run, they’ll be closing the chapter on group activities for good.

Reflecting on their hiatus since the end of 2020, the members – Aiba Masaki, Matsumoto Jun, Ninomiya Kazunari, Ohno Satoshi, and Sakurai Sho – shared that the pandemic stole their chance to properly say goodbye on stage.

So this tour? It’s all about gratitude.

“We weren’t able to perform in front of everyone during our final year because of COVID,” they wrote.

“This tour is our way of directly saying thank you to all the fans who’ve supported us.”

According to their heartfelt message, the five have been quietly meeting and discussing a potential reunion for about a year and a half.

They explored different possibilities, even setting up a company together to look into new ways of doing things.

But in the end, they decided the most meaningful move would be one last tour – together – to personally express their thanks. After that, it’s farewell.

They were clear: this won’t be a temporary comeback. There are no plans to hit pause and come back again. This is the full stop, not a comma.

Along with the group activities ending, the ARASHI fan club will also shut down at the end of May 2026.

Until then, they plan to release as much content as they can for fans to enjoy.

For now, new fan club registrations are on hold, with current members being given priority for concert tickets.

“From here on, the five of us will gather again to deliver content that brings joy to everyone who’s supported us all this time,” they promised. “Please look forward to it.”

ARASHI, who debuted back in 1999 with their iconic track A・RA・SHI, went on to become one of Japan’s most beloved groups, dominating charts and screens, and leaving a mark that’s nothing short of legendary.

Each member has built a solid solo career too – in acting, hosting, and more – so while the group’s curtain is coming down, their individual stories are far from over.

But for now, fans can start preparing tissues – because this last tour is going to be emotional. One last storm is coming, and it’s bound to be unforgettable.
