Watanabe Nagisa’s debut collection isn't just your typical pretty-picture photobook.
Shot over five days in the lush paradise of Thailand, it captures her "real, unfiltered self" at 28 — bikinis, lingerie, and all.
She’s not just striking poses; she's telling a story. And that story is one of resilience, self-acceptance, and a woman finding her light again.
In her own words, Nagisa shared:
"I wanted to leave behind the me that’s here right now, just as I am. I challenged myself to try new things, hoping I could love myself again. This isn’t just a photo book – it’s proof that no matter what hardships come your way, you can shine again."

Nagisa originally joined Fuji TV back in 2020, where she appeared on popular shows like Mezamashi TV and Moshimo Tours.
After stepping back to focus on her mental health, she left the network in August 2024 and has been making strides in freelance work — writing essays, modelling, MCing volleyball events, and even lecturing at universities.
Earlier this year, she released her photo-essay book 透明を満たす (Filling the Transparent), baring her soul through words.
And now with Horizon, she’s doing the same through the lens — this time letting the ocean, the forests, and the open skies frame her journey.
