Li Luxiu aka Lelush has officially announced his departure from the entertainment industry.
Taking to social media, he expressed gratitude to his fans, saying, "Thank you for your support. I have finally clocked out of the entertainment industry."
In his final interview before stepping away from the spotlight, Li Luxiu revealed that he felt no emotional attachment to the industry.

Li Lixiu's journey in the public eye began in 2021 when he participated in the reality show Chuang 2021 and finished 17th in the final rankings.
Though his appearance on the show was marked by his honest statements, such as "Becoming part of a boy band isn't my dream" and "I don’t know why I’m here," he became a figure of intrigue.
His words about not being cut out for the position garnered attention but also revealed his self-awareness.
Before announcing his retirement, Lelush had been active in fashion shoots for magazines like Harper's Bazaar and Esquire, and even landed his first film role in China Ice and Snow.
However, despite his rising popularity, Li has remained true to his desire to step away from the limelight.
On March 16, 2024, Li walked the red carpet at the Asian Film Awards, marking his last public appearance before retiring on April 1st.
On the same day, his social media profiles on platforms like Weibo, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu were updated to reflect his decision with the phrase "Retired."

LiLuxiu had already shared his plans with fans back in December 2023, revealing he intended to retire in 2025 to focus on personal growth and learning.
At the time, he mentioned that at 30, it was time for him to step back from the entertainment world and make room for new life goals.
Born on January 23, 1994, in Vladivostok, Russia, Li Luxiu, previously known as Wei Junhao, has had a varied career as a model, singer, and actor.
While his career in China has been relatively short, it was marked by moments of reflection and honesty, particularly his comments on Chuang 2021 where he candidly stated that the industry wasn't where he felt he truly belonged.
As of now, Li’s decision has been met with mixed emotions, but one thing is clear: after years in the spotlight, he has made his peace with his exit.
