Tokyo just got hit with a wave of sparkle, sass, and seriously stunning vocals — say hello to RealRomantic!
The seven-member girl group, cooked up by superstar lyricist Kanata Nakamura, officially stepped into the limelight on 16 April 2025 at their debut gig in Zepp Shinjuku.
And let’s just say... it was blooming magical.
The show kicked off with a dreamy visual of a “secret garden and glittering rosebuds,” which was already giving fairytale realness before the girls even stepped on stage.
But when they did?
Boom — straight into high gear with their opening banger “ROMANTIC SEVEN”, and the crowd was absolutely living.
Their debut single “BLOOMING” (also released the same day!) had the whole venue singing along, and they followed it up with absolute bops like “Sleepless Lullaby,” the fiery “スパハニ” (Spa Honey, anyone?), and the heartbreak-dodging anthem “Uncupid”.
Eleven tracks deep and the energy never dropped.

Just when the curtain seemed to be closing, the fans weren’t having any of it.
A massive encore chant erupted, and the girls came back with the sugary-sweet “ice cream LOVE” before wrapping it all up by singing “BLOOMING” once more — this time with even more heart (if that was possible).
There were tears. There were sparkles. There were fans sobbing in pastel hoodies.

The members shared their gratitude, with one saying, “Today’s view is a treasure. Let’s go see the sights we haven’t seen together yet!”
Kanata Nakamura, who’s penned lyrics for everything from Girls’ Generation’s “GENIE” (Japanese ver.) to the full tracklist of anime fave Revue Starlight, has clearly worked her magic again. If this debut is anything to go by, RealRomantic’s future is looking mega bright.
